This car is the best value for the money out there. I test dove both the Acura TLS and the Lincoln LS, both nice cars but without the 6-speed they don't compare. The quality and options on the car are exceptional for the price. My previous car was a BMW 540i which you cannot compare, except that you get 75% of that car for 55% of the price. The next generation I believe due next year may effect resale.

This has been probably the best all-around car we have ever owned from the standpoint of durability/reliability. This is the best engine in any car we've ever owned. Smooth as silk, lots of torque, but with great mileage. We can get near 30 mpg highway if we use cruise and stay at 70mph or under. Hard to believe it's a V6. Wind noise and ride quality are a little dated, but overall this is a better car than the current Maxima which is too soft and a big disappointment.

This is a great car for the money. I have had honda and toyota but this is my first nissan. I shopped around considerably and found this to be the best deal for the money. I am very impressed with everything so far and have not had any problems. I am averaging 20 mpg city and 30 hwy. Great pick up really loves to go with the pedal to the floor.

This is my 2nd Nissan Maxima SE. I bought the same color, same interior, same everything except I had a 99 SEL and bought a 2002. I like the improvments in the styling. Although I like the styling of the Infiniti G35 much better. This one sits more comfortably than my 99. I am a loyal Nissan owner.
