Used 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class GLA 250 4MATIC 4dr SUV AWD (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 7AM) Consumer Reviews
Beautiful car with liability issue
I'm not going write a long detail about this car but to the point. Bought the car used with 12k, beautiful inside and out, own the car for 6 months, went to dealer 3 times to get fixed. Yes, under warranty but VERY INCONVENIENCE to me, had 2010 RX 350 previously, never went to the dealership in 3 years. I sold MB last week and back to Lexus RX . MB did everything right but LIABILITY. Update: As asked by Edmunds. Resale value isn't good for MB. very happy with rx350, becuz I don't have to worry about what random thing will need fixing this month or next.

Fun crossover/hatchback but not an SUV.
I've had it for a few days, very good car, fun and easy to drive. I would not consider this an SUV since its sedan height. I am short and if you move the seat up you have very limited headroom. Also, wish the keyfob had a hatch close button on it and not just open. You can only close from hatch or in car. Other than that so far so good. Back seat roomy. Front seats comfortable. Small side mirrors wish they were alittle bigger. Very fun to drive. Good on gas.

It's 2022
I've owned this vehicle now for almost 3 months. I was happy to purchase it, but left the dealership questioning my decision. Something doesn't feel right about the way it drives. I've had some time to get used to it, and suddenly my check engine light comes on. This wouldn't be so alarming if I hadn't just retrieved the car from being serviced for regular maintenance. Aside from the sunroof not being fully functional, she checked out great. Now 3 days after, "check engine light" is on. Additionally, this car sits very low, you can feel almost every bump. Driving over a railroad track in the most cautious way gives me a little anxiety. Now, I consciously try to avoid crossing them, if that is an option. Also, my small kids do not like this vehicle. I actually had to purchase new compact car seats to accommodate them. What exactly made me do this review? I feel like the purchase was a bad decision for the family. It's terribly small. Sits low. Doesn't drive well. For such an expensive purchase, consumers should know first hand. I do not recommend this vehicle for anyone with small children, even if your preference is a compact car. Keep looking. Also, goes without saying, maintenance for this vehicle is $$$$ expensive. UPDATE: the rear differential malfunction is a common problem in the vehicle. Google it. Worse decision ever purchasing this money whole vehicle.
