Used 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Consumer Reviews
Overall great sedan with minor issues!
This sedan saved me in the winter! Equipped with Vredestein all season/winter (yes, the combination exists) tires, this car handled amazingly in heavy snow this last winter. I was able to corner turns going over 30 mph without any hesitation from the all-wheel drive system. I give Mercedes so much props for creating such a sturdy car. I have never felt so safe and secure in a sedan as I have with this Mercedes; it’s a small tank. The gas mileage was pretty decent in both the city and on the highway, matching the number provided by the company. Although the vehicle was great to look at and had a nice interior, there were multiple loose parts creating rattles and weird noises. The dealership was somewhat helpful in fixing the problems, but couldn’t duplicate every noise. The vehicle started having steering column issues at around 50k miles, which caused me to trade it in, as the repair cost was going to be close to $7K. If you are looking for a used version of this car, keep in mind that it will be expensive to maintain, and the warranty won’t cover a lot of the issues that continuously needed fixing (brake pads, rotors, etc.). Overall, this was an excellent vehicle, and it did a great job at making me feel planted and secure on the road while offering fun and sporty handling when in sport mode.

My .02 cents
I own a 2015 Mercedes c300 with slightly over 65k miles. Overall it's a great car. I have all the bells and whistles except the automatic trunk closing feature. I hate the run flat tires. I lost pressure on Alligator Alley about 75 miles outside of Naples coming from Fort Lauderdale on a Friday night. Not good. Don't count on 50 miles on a run flat. The car needed to be towed due to not having a spare and a replacement wasn't available until Monday. I tend to eat tires but take full responsibility for it. The car has staggered tires so one cannot rotate them. Two major issues I've encountered. One was the Panoramic sunroof that cost over 3k to fix. Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines did the work and it had to bring it back to them several times to be fixed correctly. The first and second time the trim wasn't put back properly even when I told my service adviser about it. In fact the service and general manager refused to return my calls when it broke again for the fourth time in under three months. It took a letter to Mercedes corporate for the car to be properly repaired. The other major problem I've had with the C300 is with the secondary fuel pump. On my way to Hollywood Beach there was a strong odor of gas. The secondary fuel pump is located on the driver's side about a foot from the fire wall. It is a fire hazard. My frustration is with the Pembroke Pines dealership not with the car, All cars can and will need servicing at some point. I must admit to being a bit spoiled as my wife's car is an GS F type Lexus. The Lexus dealership treats customers like royalty That said I prefer the handling of C300. I feel more confident cornering and braking in the C300. Off the line the C300 is quicker and "feels" lighter. When push comes to shove the Lexus can outrun the C300 when really pushed. The fit and finish on both cars is outstanding. Albeit I'll give it to the Lexus due to wind noise of C300 at highway speeds. The Lexus is substantially quieter, has a slightly better sound system, and had zero issues. That being said I am planning on purchasing a C43. Not from Mercedes of Pembroke Pines.

great car eats expensive front tires evry 8k miles
We have a 2015 c 400 that eats the outside edges in 6-8 k miles, inside edge still has 85% tread left . Take it in at 10 k miles when we first noticed outside edge of tires down to cords. I am told out of alignment , even when it tracks straight as a arrow, I have to pay for alignment that proves it is spot on factory settings, Then they say driving habit. Wife drives the car on the same freeway route as she did with our previous c 250 that got over 40k miles on original set of tires. Car currently has 40 k miles on it , brakes are at 70% life left , so not a hard driving issue. .Have been through 4 sets of front tires that I toss with over 85% of tread left on inside edge and centers at 8/32 tread depth and outside edges worn to cords .Only on 2nd set of rears that wear consistent from edge to edge and gave life expected of a super summer tire of 20 k miles If it was a hard driving issue rears would wear faster as well. Run flats at 20 inch size are 500 each !! Car is a poor design and MB will do nothing about it Every service writer knows it is a issue but mercedes usa will not address it and will not do anything about it. Very poor customer service from mercedes usa. ANYONE ELSE WITH A C SERIES 4 MATIC OR ANY OTHER 4 MATIC HAVING SAME ISSUES ??

Looks great! Rides horribly!
Looks are impressive until you ride in it. The sport suspension is too stiff and jolts when hitting even a tiny bump. Only slightly better ride than our G37 Convertible which was a rattle trap.
