Used 1990 Mercedes-Benz 300-Class Consumer Reviews
Black Beauty
Slow out of the gate but glides like a dream.
Best of them all
This is my first Mercedes Benz. It was my grandmothers, who gave it to my aunt, who gave it to me. We have the '07 E and S classes, and both of them do not compare to what I drive! For a 17 year old...its solid, safe, and fun. It hasn't even touched 160 miles yet and it purrs every simgle time I start it up. Although I just got the 2008 C350, I am keeping this car for my future children and to fix up to the highest potential

The Best
I bought this new in 1990 and have had minor repairs done to it. The antifreeze tank cracked and fixed that and the radiater cracked and was fixed. This car I relied on for 12 years and still is running. I took it to Massachusetts from Connecticut about 10 times and worked great!
A reliable inline-6 S-Class
This car has been reliable. Now that it is 21 years old with 146,000 miles there are a few wear and tear items. First, my right rear passenger window regulator went out along with the door lock mechanism. The radio volume relay switch went out and was replaced. There are some wear and tear items that need to be addressed, but as long as I can drive it safely.
Love It !!!!
I bought this car from an acquaintance. It has 72,000 miles and is impecable shape, inside and out. Actually looks like a three-year old car. I had a 1984 380 SEL when I was younger and could not afford the repairs. Luckily, I can afford them now, because the costs can rack up. Anyway, I think this is the best-looking MB sedan in the last 30 years. One of my partners, who has a 2001 S420, agrees.
