Deception
Good afternoon. How are you? change of the car. Today they called me from Mazda after 5 months and I understand that the car has modifications and the truth is Mazda blames you for not giving me that information about the changes that the 2024 had, for me it is very frustrating to know that my 2022 with a lower trim was a much better car. The truth is I am very disappointed. I paid $ 7 thousand more for a higher model and the truth is it makes me angry to know that I owe $ 50 thousand for a car that does not make me happy, Mazda holds you responsible for not giving me all the information. The truth is that it is frustrating for me, I feel cheated. I am letting you know that I will make a comment on Google regarding my discomfort. The Mazda customer experience woman recommended that I do so, that I was not the first customer to call complaining and that I repeat, it is your responsibility as sellers to give the correct information. I send you my regards and I apologize again.

Poor design in snowy weather
Whenever snow or slush comes at the front of the vehicle it tells you that the front sensor is obscured and the safety systems are shut down.

Nimble, very responsive
Excellent handling, turning ratio. Sleek, stylish. This is a vehicle designed by engineers. Tech features are a bit of a learning curve such as setting the radio. Love the TV monitor for backing up and the sensors to detect nearby cars in your blind spot.
