Rough Rider & Very User UN-Friendly Technology

After a 10 day, 2200 mile trip on this 2016 rental car starting at 13,500 miles, I do not understand all the rave reviews. I recommend this car to no one. The designers and engineers were asleep with their responsibility of providing a comfortable, smooth riding and easy to use full size car. A compact Nissan Versa rides as well or perhaps a bit better. Mazda complete black interior design with black buttons makes everything hard to see, especially at night and generally, it cannot be seen then. And some of those switches are so small, you accidentally push something you shouldn't. Absolutely lousy designing! The technology system is very complicated and very little was figured out to even use any of it. Could not even figure out how to select our own radio station or reset trip miles. Worst car of about twenty that I have rented in the past five years. Hope to never get another Mazda again.
