Viberation sucks !
I got 2017 RX350 last November. Everything is good but the vibration is very bad, inside cabin and from the seat. I have to de-attach my back from the seat for reduce the uncomfortable feelings. The suspension is too soft. A little bump on the road will cause it to shake a bit. Most of the time it is like on a boat on the water. Don't like it. It is a good looking car but no a pleasant ride. We regreat didn't ride it carfully when we buy it. the sales man said every car is the same so we just looked the color after test ride a demol car. Thinking about to trade it in next year. MG

Gas Mileage Misleading
My 2017 RX350 is smooth as silk on the road — once it is warmed up. It is very quite inside, the view outside is excellent and the seats are extremely comfortable. Very easy to adjust the seat and steering wheel to a perfect position. I also have a ES350 so I knew what I was getting into in regards the quirky nav, radio, applications interface. Got to be one of the most “out of touch” designed systems on the planet. Too many menus to navigate to do very simple tasks and is not intuitive at all. I can get through it as I have spent time learning it. My Honda Accord and CRV were much more intuitive. As far as gas mileage this car is horrible. I have never achieved 20 in the city. 14.5 to 16 is more the norm. On the highway 24 is the best we ever got. The motor is herky jerky when I first start the car. Once it warms up it goes away. Nothing like my ES350which is extremely smooth even when cold. And last but not least. Why on God’s earth is there not an option for the lights to come on when the automatic wipers are in use? Standard on most cars today but not my 54k RX350. Would I buy this car again. No way. Wish I would have bought the 2017 CRV. Much more storage, way better gas mileage and 20k less expensive. Sold the car and bought a 2020 CRV Hybrid. Bought a 2019 Lexus Es350. Love it.

Lexus RX 350
I bought a brand new rx 350 and this car has had more problems then any other car I have had, including used cars. Shocks mad noise at 12000 miles and battery leaks and water pump at 41000 miles.

Get what you pay for... and sometimes more
Given what we invested, we expected a great deal of of this vehicle. And now that we've gotten comfortable with the daily use of all the features, I can honestly say this vehicle has exceeded those expectations. Many vehicles have features that appear appealing on paper or when a sales associate describes them but turn out impractical or downright unuseful. I find myself taking advantage of nearly every feature built into this car. The safety and awareness features are perfectly designed to integrate effortlessly with normal driving habits. I've been pleasantly surprised at how simple it's been to take advantage of them. We chose an AWD model with the luxury package and Mark Levinson audio system - a set of options that added considerably to the cost. We vascillated over the decision, but I'm now overjoyed with the additional features and amazing audio. We look forward to many years of reliability, safety, and comfort.

Just plain ugly
I test drove this SUV among other (MB, BMW and even the Grand Cherokee) . No issues with it whatsoever save one very big problem. It's plain old ugly any way you cut it. The front end reminds me of a bass (fish), or a catfish. So why did I bother?, because my sister just bought a MB. She was always a Lexus SUV owner. After listening to her complaints about the new "look", I thought how bad can it be? Yep, that bad. No disrespect, but when I now see these out on the road, I want to ask the owner, "did you actually look at this beast before you bought it?". Each to it's own though, one mans trash is another mans art. Just not for me. Lexus really screwed up on this one. To think they're losing loyal owners to the "fish mouth" front end is disturbing.
