Probably my last Lexus

Been a Lexus owner since 2003. This one measure up in so many ways, but the noise, drone, and vibration though the pedals, steering wheel and center console are terrible. Lexus tells me that's the nature of this model. My Chevy truck is a dream to drive compared to this one.

this rx350 has been in shop three time in less than 6000 miles viberates or grinding noise mostly on take off . hesitates when you give gas.they donot have fix. lexus will not stay number one if this is what they putting out. six months later still has noise lexus has no fix. lexus factory men come down and drove my rx and said it was characteristic of the rx350. so if you buy one and it has drone noise you are on your own.

Still the best in its class

After years of waiting for a same size Vehicle to dethrone the Lexus RX, I gave up looking. The Lexus RX is and has always been the best all around ride in its class from the very first day it arrived here. Comfort & Safety & Handling were always its best points and now it looks great too. Highly recommended. I've driven from New York to Florida in this Lexus and I would never drive anything else. Just try to get anything close to this machine for the price? Impossible.

A big disappointment

This is the second RX we have owned. We purchased this RX 350 all wheel drive new in Oct 2016 and wish we had our money back. The first one, many years ago, was really good. This one is a big disappointment. The Info system is just terrible. Voice recognition does not work, not at all, no matter how much training you do. The car seems to be less quite than in the past. Shifting is just strange from time to time. No trouble with it, but just not worth the money with all its faults. I recommend you look elsewhere. Shortly after I wrote this review, I traded the car in for a Genesis G90, which we love! Happy to say goodbye to the RX.

Throaty noise in low gear

Evidently Lexus has a problem with the muffler system in many of the 2017 RX 350s. Makes a growling sound and vibrates in lowest gear when on an incline. Technician sd Lexus is working on a fix! The technician at dealership said the muffler noise problem seems to be more prevalent in the vehicles coming from Canada rather than the ones from Japan. Recommendation: Drive the one you are going to buy and put it on a fairly steep incline while in lowest gear. The noise from the muffler is a low roar with vibration felt in the steering wheel. Smooths out as you pick up speed. Occurs mostly at 1500-1800 rpm. I find it irritating, some may not!
