Excellent car
This is an amazing car. I have not owned a Lexus before but I have friends that drive Lexus. This is one amazing car. Nice comfort, cool looking, very nice gas mileage, fully loaded technology pack. Sound proof and amazing a lot of power considering that it is a compact car.
First 300 miles
Just bought it last week and drove the all new hybrid for about 300 miles - city and hwy combined. Very comfy, lot of interior space. Pros: Awesome style inside and out. Cons: Not very powerful, but since it's a hybrid.. can't really ask for more.

After 4 days, I am on my 3rd Jump Start!
This is unreal!! Purchase date Wednesday 8/25/10 car had 94 miles on it. On Sunday 8/29/10 at 9:00 am. I needed my first jump. Had to call road side assistance. At 4:00 pm while at the mall same day, I needed a second jump start. Then only to find that the dealership was not open on Sunday so the car could not be towed. On Monday 8/30/10, Again My brand new car would not start. I then needed a third jump. After complaining to the dealership, they stated they were going to bring me a new battery. They then called back as said no battery was in stock. I am now driving a loaner vehicle. This has been by far the worst car buying experience ever!
Comfortable ride
This is my third Lexus. Went from 2007 ES 350 to this one. Power feels virtually the same, even though this is a four cylinder. Nav screen is larger and use of mouse if much easier - touch screen not necessary. Blue tooth for phone very clear. Nav. traffic is nice feature. Mileage over 32 for first tank with mostly city driving. Exterior looks nicer in reality than in the ads.
How to combine a hybrid and luxury car
I drove other hybrid sedans before buying this Lexus. It is excellent because it has the fewest trade offs compared to most other hybrids with very comfortable seats front & back, an excellent radio, easy to reach and understand controls, a simple yet informative dash, high seating with good outside views, a luxury level climate system, and 32-38 mpg in most conditions. Acceleration and power are good but more pedal push is needed at times compared to gas cars. Steering is very responsive with good road feedback. I live in the hybrid eco mode with best mpg in normal driving. Power mode uses more gas with faster acceleration and is mostly not needed. Overall, you get what you pay for.
