2025 Jeep Wagoneer Consumer Reviews

Whaloneer
This thing is a beast. We have owned ours for almost two years and actually love it! We owned a tahoe before so I am basing my cons on that. Cons: the button on drivers door to apply child lock, button to make side mirrors fold in and entertainment system in back (we bought ipads to mount on headrest), and oddly the plastic protective floor mat was not available in between captains chairs. The cupholder placement could use help. My kids step on drinks and spill them in the middle floor cup holder and the door cup holder is not accessible to them from the seated position. The door storage needs to be a little deeper, stuff will fall out. It is wide, so it takes up the full parking space. PROS: Rides ALOT smoother, with the entry level on it does not feel like you are climbing in, The third row leg room is amazing and I (at 5'9) have sat for long trips in the third row comfortably, The second seat sliding up makes entry to the third row easy and not awkward like other SUVS, there's actually trunk space with the third row up. It turns easy, so it parks easy. The design of the sliding second row and leg room in the third row, in itself makes me only want to own these from now on...

Big but smooth ride and solid footing.
I was more than a little apprehensive to make the jump from a mid-sized SUV to a full. We narrowed it down to the Tahoe and Wagoneer and the day we made the purchase we had the opportunity to drive them back to back. The Wagoneer won out, hands down. The interior feels upscale and modern. The drive is smooth and easy without feeling like you’re navigating a boat. I’ve had it about a month and have taken it on rainy road trips, up into the snow in Tahoe and just around town as kiddos sports chauffeur. It feels solid and more than comfortable! My teenage kids have taken over the 3rd row with enthusiasm. It doesn’t hurt that it looks nice either. Loving it so far!

UNSAFE UNRELIABLE
I bought this vehicle 4 months ago and it has needed numerous updates. The promises are all lies and not one is followed. They promise you a loner but never have one available.... The brakes went out on the highway and it even showed in diagnostic that there was a fault in the brake system ..... however they said it was due to an update and they would have to re create the issue in order to warranty it... so in other words because they started to work again, they fixed themselves apparently. No one is willing to help me and now as the consumer I am left with an unsafe, unreliable vehicle.
