This is the best car I've ever had and I have had a LOT of cars in the last 10 years. It's so luxurious, drives great and all of the bells and whistles are totally worth it.

Horribly unreliable

The engine mounts went bad after 4 years causing the drivetrain to push back so much that the driveshaft u-joint bent. It’s such a common problem the part was on back order for 5 months. Then the a/c compressor burnt out, then there was an emissions system beak and the dealer wanted $1,000 to fix it because it isn’t covered under any of the warranties or one of the many many recalls. If I had to do it over again I would not buy it. I’m never buying another Jeep or Chrysler product. They are way too expensive to constantly fix.

Capable and confidence inspiring, but...

Bought this 2019 as a leftover. OEM front bakepads and rotors went bad at 8000 miles. The rear brakes and rotors followed at 21000. Crappy parts should never be the owners responsibility. Parking brake froze and needed replacement at 46000, could have been my fault for never using it. But these are the only issues experienced until at 71000 I see corrosion bubbling up on the leading edge of the hood. Hopefully Chrysler will cover repair, but I am past warranty period by 3 month. We'll see. Other than these problems, I have. Oved this car. Living in the mountains of New Hampshire, I appreciate the road worthiness of a Jeep. I have traveled 400 miles in a snow storm and never once experienced a travel problem, but my wife was a nervous mess, exhaling deeply upon arrival at our hotel in PA. Plenty of room for rear seat passengers even though I put the driver just about all the way back. Cargo area is more than adequate. Acceleration out of the V6 is more than one needs, but nice to have. I recommend and see ourselves getting a new model.

my touch screen de-laminated about a year and a half after i bought a brand new 2018 grand cherokee summit. cant listen to radio//XM. If my phones bluetooth is on and connected to the car, it will randomly call people. The screen self clicks buttons. i cannot get my tires rotated because i cannot disable the tire jack mode, which of course is accessed from the screen. seat memory recall buttoned also stopped working about a year after i bought the car. absolutely terrible electronics in this car. would not recommend buying this car and certainly will not be buying another jeep in the future.

this is my second JGC Trackhawk, from the base Laredo to the trackhawk I've owned them all, there's never a second option for me, well maybe a Dodge.. from the track performance to the off road capabilities of a JGC Trailhawk, Jeep covers it all.
