Used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Consumer Reviews
Nice car, but Ride quality is not the best.
The first thing i noticed is the engine, good acceleration but transmission doesn’t react fast in time of need. Brakes are average, should have been better. The seats position is awful for long drives compared to competitors like ford edge, kia sorento, Hyundai SantaFe sport. The car don’t want to turn at speed, should be under the speed limit, while the same road edge breezes through like in some bond movies, no body roll. I would get Ford Edge with 315 hp engine, the best compared to this price.

I loved everything about this vehicle just because it was so amazing that I am purchasing that Jeep. If you are thinking about buying this car . There is no need to look forward you will love this vehicle because it has every safety opponent you could ever want.

Love it
First Chrysler, or whatever they call themselves now, product. Always drove GM with exception of a Ford Edge. Bought new in 2018 and not a single problem. Rides great, pulls a landscape type trailer with ease, and goes thru snow without an issue. Thought about a new one but not 100% happy with the look or the price. A new one is near the price of a Cadillac XT5.

Amazing car
I bought the one with all the available options (paid 55k) but man do I love the air suspention, the auto park, and the premium sound. Haven’t had any issues with it what so ever. Drove it on the Pacific Ocean beach and even with the somewhat low profile tires the car performed amazing. It was fun to drive through the sand when other cars couldn’t make it.

Jeep is a piece of work
Don't buy Jeeps. Purchased a brand-new jeep Cherokee Overland brand new in 2015 for $70k at a jeep dealership in Rockville MD. It is a lemon. In and out of dealership due to recalls and now with major valve noise. I took it to the dealership today and the mechanic said oh yeah that is a valve issue. Then I ask about the time table he said maybe one day if we have parts!!! Dude you should replenish parts all the time. Anyhow I will dump the car and go buy German.
