Used 2015 Hyundai Genesis Consumer Reviews
From CTS-V to Genesis 5.0
Having driven this car for only a short time I think it performs very well for a 2+ ton car. It is not as fast as the V, doesn't stop as well, and doesn't handle as well but it is very quick for a big car, it stops very good for a big car, and it handles very well for a big car. All of that being said it was considerably cheaper than a new V, it is finished off much nicer inside than the V, it rides much better and is much more comfortable than the V, and gets very good fuel economy so far as I can tell. Unless you just need 640HP like in the V I think anyone that is looking for a comfortable, economical, and spacious car with reasonable power they should at least consider the Genesis 5.0. If you must have more power then I understand Genesis is coming out with their version of the V, M, AMG, RS, and the F. It will be the N performance division and I suspect it will give all of the above a run for their money.

Great sedan with multitude of features for less $$
My Genesis ultimate has all the safety features available. The best ones are the heads up display and keyless ignition.

Leasing a Genesis was my worst Auto Decision Ever
I have had p pretty good luck with cars and have been extremely happy with most of my purchases/Leases. My latest decision to lease a Genesis did not work out so well. When I signed the lease I was pretty excited about the bells and whistles. My exuberance quickly turned to disappointment. Almost immediately parts started falling off the vehicle. When ever I would even touch a parking block the front bumper would come loose. The Courtesy Hyundai dealership wanted to charge me over $1,000 dollars to fix it when it basically just needed to be popped back in. When I had to replace the windshield washer cover they wanted to charge me $90 to paint and replace a $10 part that should have been cover under warranty. When I ordered the part I had to wait over 40 minutes and another 40 minutes to pick it up at the parts desk. In both cases employees wondered behind the parts desk ignoring customers waiting at the desk. Interior trim and door seals are continuing to come loose. In a nut shell the car is poorly constructed and the bells and issues are not worth the costs.

Too pricey
4th genesis and they keep getting better. Leased my 1st one in 2009 didn't think it would get any better until I got the 2015 Genesis.

Three Genesis in Four Years
Take a drive after reading the literature. Study the safety features. Be ready with questions. You may well leave with a Genesis.
