I got this car used with about 60,000 miles on it and now it has 110,000 miles on it and the only issue was an oil leak and a steering wheel alignment repair. I expected these kinds of repairs on a vehicle that is 12 years old. The previous car I had was a legit lemon so getting this car and not having to worry about constant repairs is a breath of fresh air. I travel a lot from Fresno to Orange County and I can drive the whole way, no stopping, on a full tank and only needing to fill about a half tank to go back. The next car I get will be a Hyundai SUV, I just don't know which one yet.

40 MPG!

On long trips you can achieve 35 to 40 MPG. That is going 60 to 65 MPH and take it easy on the hills. Around town I only get 22 MPG. The engine is not the fastest, but does the job. The car is comfortable, nimble, and small enough to get around easily. It comes with many nice amenities that you would not expect on a car this affordable. Very reliable. I went to 55 height on tires, much better ride.

This is my first car Elantra 2013 gls ,bought it from a dealership ,was but noisy I was not trusting it but after I did service the guy told me its a young car with only 95000kms and I changed the oil,cabin filter and air filter ,wow the car feels and runs like brand new now geeting 10.1km economy mode and 7.5km highway. Impressed. Love my elantra

Sadly with the excessive rise in used car prices I was unable to replace my car with a similar model but the Arlanta seems ok. It gets good gas mileage.the detailing could have been better. I am still trying to figure out how some features work. But overall I am satisfied.The manager at the dealership was very nice.
