Big Disappointment
In desperation for a replacement vehicle, I purchased the HR-V EX L in February 2022. The Westport dealership would not honor the sticker price but jacked up the total by $5,000. They did this "because they could". The car is not a quiet ride like my former CRV. The screen goes blank frequently and the smartphone disconnects randomly. Maps does the same thing. I can only listen to the radio as the static and disconnect with Pandora or other apps is frustrating to endure. The center console was poorly thought out and basically has no storage. The placement of the phone port is under the center console and hard to reach. The cup holder is also cumbersome to reach. The seats are fair. The overall ride is fair. I wish that I didn't rush to purchase. I have owned several Hondas in the past and all were reliable and comfortable to drive. Not this one.
Solid economical mini SUV
This car is really growing on me. I chose it over the Toyota because the driver position felt more upright and It has good visibility. It's underpowered for sure, but you get used to it. The fuel economy is amazing. I regularly average 34mpg at 70mph on trips across the Cascades. The electronic driving aids are absolute trash and possibly dangerous. I would have preferred a sunroof and leather wrapped steering wheel with none of the Honda Sense garbage. My only real frustration with this car is the walk away locking feature malfunctioning. A lot. More so in cold or wet weather it seems. Service doesn't want to bother with it. All in all, it's a smart little SUV that rides well on gravel roads and does amazing in the snow. Not much maintenance required, cheap to fuel, cheap to insure.

Needs better breeze
Nice sport edition, but noisy suspension,ac takes 15 minutes to get cold, drive line slop, noisy brakes nice color, Milano red shows a lot of car wash swirls and inside the tailgate isn’t painted the same color!

I 🖤 this car!!!!
I've had my H-RV for two weeks and I love. It gets good gas mileage and is just the right size for my small family. My son, dog and myself.
