Lexus to Genesis
After 25 years of being Lexus owner I decided to try something else. Love the Genesis so far and can’t believe the ride is better, quieter and lots more options. The only negative so far is lacking in storage for the front seat. The technology has a learning curve but I think will be attainable. I haven’t taken a long trip yet but so far I am happy with my decision.

Rust, Rear End
Have a car that is only 12 months old and rust is already starting around the door. Had noise in the rear end it took the dealer five weeks in the shop for repairs.

Awesome vehicle!
I picked up my 2023 2.5 Sport Prestige Mauna Red GV70 just before Thanksgiving (2022) and just love getting in it every time I need to go somewhere. Everything is smooth and tight...very luxurious. I'd say the "usual suspects" (BMW/Audi/Benz/Lexus, etc.) probably need to be looking over their shoulder at Genesis. It looks great, it drives great, it rides great, the tech is intuitive and VERY full-featured. I love flipping the drive mode to "Sport" and feeling the seat bolsters firm up. The exterior styling is incredible...the vehicle looks GREAT!

Beautiful car, issues right away
I bought this car and was super pumped when I got it. It’s gorgeous. Everyone compliments it, but I don’t even have 2,000 miles on it and already have issues with the car. At around 700 miles it started with a house when you’re accelerating. I took it to the dealership and they told me it’s a complaint most GV70 owners have. I haven’t been able to truly enjoy my car. I just got it and I regret it.
Six months later and I’m still undecided
Loved at first sight, I loved how it drove, the overall “feel” of the car and the smoothness of the ride. Now that I’ve had it for six months I’m not so crazy about it anymore. The information system is difficult to reach, the navigation system is extremely difficult to operate, I use Apple play for directions. $55,000 on a car and I have to use Apple play. If I had to do it over I think I would get an Audi. UPDATE: I traded the Genesis for a Lexus. I am more comfortable in the Lexus and very sorry to see the Genesis go but I needed peace of mind.
