Check the history if you buy any Fiesta. Mine has been a disaster. 6 clutches since I bought it new. 5 transmission "fixes" I alter my way to work every day of my life because I can't be certain that the car will have enough "pick up" speed to get on the highway. I have had all kinds of transmission and clutch issues. The worst is that as an honest person I can't sell this car to anyone. I will have to trade it in and get next to nothing. I will stick with my original review. The end of the story is a happy one. I hit a deer and it totaled the car. Terribly hard hit but no airbags went off. That surprised the Highway Patrolman. So just another issue against this car. Ford is presently making a settlement with people who had these same problems. Articles online indicate that Ford knew of the issues and chose to ignore them and continued to produce the car.

Bad Clutch

I have had my car for about 8 months and it is already in the shop getting a new clutch put it. It only has 15,600 miles on it. I took it to the shop twice before, the third time was the charm apparently. I wouldn't buy this car until they fix the clutch/transmission issues.

Bought the 2013 Fiesta Sedan in 2015. I have had the car a year and a half and I have been and out of the shop 6 times. Everyone knows me there now. I have the exact same issue everyone else is having. I have had 2 clutch replacements and several TCM replacements. This car is just a joke and not safe. The shuddering is just horrible. I tried to return the car 3 days after I got it and they kept it longer than I have even had it. Save the headache and don't buy this car.

had car 1 year and three transmission repairs for the same problem. dealers dont tell you about the ongoing problems. if they would tell buyers they would not be able to sell these junk cars. im stuck paying for a car that is totally worthless. ford wont recall nor can the repair it correctly. never buy a ford product again. be warned!!!!!

Ford you dang Shure don't have a better idea with this pile of Metal junk. A tranny that is a Joke a interior that a 5 foot man cant see anything out of it Visibility in this sardine can is afull,and the Car should be banned on all Major roads in the USA,and Major insurance company's should not insure any year of this car.Ford should be made to buy back ever one of them abortions. Even after they fixed the Tranny it still acts like a sick sick non functioning tin can concert This car has moved me to never again own a FORD.PS even a new Fiesta should never cost more the 9,000 since you going to loose 8,000 of right off the bat.Fords better idea is no where represented by this car Profit at the consumers expense is all this car is about
