I drive my ford to and from work every day 13 miles. I drive during the day occasionally... I have to fill up every four days (I fill at 1/4), but I love the fun of ride. I like the accel. I love it when I drive and people think they can beat that guy in the old ford. I got the 5.0 and E4OD. It is great at the line and GOOD at puddle hopping. There is a three foot puddle I hit every week and this truck can go down, up, and thru the puddle.

Amazing truck! I bought it after it had sat for almost 3 years and had 133K miles, and after dropping in a new battery she fired right up like she had never sat a day! Built like a tank but drives, rides, and looks fantastic! Interior is very comfortable and made well. The 4.9 v6 will compete with any v8 truck you throw its way. Fairly fast and has a ton of torque on tap. Low road noise and hugs the road very well for a truck. Best truck Ive ever had the pleasure of owning! *update* 6 months has passed since i bought the truck. It has its good days and bad days. I have unfortunately payed 3 tow bills and nearly $1,000 in parts. I still love this old truck but NOT a good daily.

All around nice truck for work or pleasure. Pulls a 6,000 lb trailer as easily as it goes to the grocery store.

Over all it is an ecellant truck except for the rear quarter panels are bad for rusting.Perhaps better material woould have made a difference. The only problem mechanically is the starter sticks and the idle sensor needs replacing.
