Smooth ride

Had a 2013 loved it, that is why I had to have 2015. I have only had it for a week and a day... it feels so much bigger then the 2013 it has a 3rd row and sunroof, did not have it in 2013. I here noise like knocking but the service said everything is ok they ordered a new arm rest hard time opening. Still under warranty and I bought maximum care protection to many options (toy's). I also oil package for 60 months. I still have 3-11-2019 I love💛 it because I've only had to use oil change I bought. I'm glad I did that I have 5 more payments on the service plan I bought have not had to use it😊. I like the free 🚗 rinse they give when I take the car back to get the oil change. Had to get new tires after 40,000 miles😯. I have been eyeing other cars but they don't come with 📀 or 💿 player's. That's one reason and I haven't had any problems😅BLESSINGS😇

I bought my Dodge Journey Crossroads brand new in April 2015, I was so disappointed that it did not come with navigation , but did come with a big 8" screen and hands free calling . The radio is something cheap and not a Bose or Infinity. I would have also liked to have seen it come with a sunroof, this car offers nothing really for a $35,000 price tag !!!! NO WOW factor at all. I did buy the 4 cyl model which was a Big mistake as it has NO power and takes forever to get up a hill and a ton of gas to get up to speed. I`m waiting for the time when I can trade this Crossroad in as I will do it with a Smile on my face as I will Never buy another one again !!!!!!!

Stay FAR Away From Dodge Journey

I would not provide any stars but had to select one to post my review. I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad FWD 6 cyl brand new in 2015. Now I am just a few months outside of the warranty at 64,00 miles and 8 payments left...transmission is shot and no one will assist with the $3,000.00 rebuild quote (and that is from a reliable mechanic not a dealer price).
