2025 Chrysler Pacifica Consumer Reviews

Not bad for a van
We purchased our 2023 Pacifica (not hybrid) in March of 2023. It rides smooth (considering our other car is a gladiator) and has a lot of room. We have the tech package which has a lot of cool things including a camera to see the baby with. It is a bit of a dog going from 0-60 but once you are going it goes well. We spin out the tires getting on the highway sometimes because it can't catch up, but again it is a van. Coming from a Grand Cherokee where all the torque was upfront it is just a bit different. It has been very reliable for us we have had zero mechanical issues in the almost 2 years of owning the car. The only annoying thing is sometimes it won't connect to my phone with the Bluetooth but not the end of the world. Ours is AWD and is a beast in the snow in central NY. Only downside is like any car with sensors they all stop working in the snow. The seats going into the ground is the best thing ever, lots of room! Overall we have had the car almost 2 years and have about 14k miles on the car with no real issues.

28K miles and Failing
Lots of Problems with a vehicle that only has 28K miles on it. The Digital display at the steering wheel goes blank by itself, so you have no fuel gauge. The vehicle does not start 50 percent of the time. The center information screen goes blank and sometimes does not function. The brake indicator has a mind of its own. The shift indicator switch goes dead, so you have no idea what gear you are in. If the display at the the steering wheel goes blank, you have no way to know what gear you are in either! Various warning messages just randomly pop up on display. Stay away from this Van. Brake warning light kept intermittently going on and off and engine started over heating! This brand new vehicle is a true piece of crap! No longer have this vehicle.

Electric Pacifica
I can plug in on Sunday and usually run my errands until Wednesday or Thursday without using a drop of gasoline. Smooth, quiet and the best looking vehicle in this segment. My tech runs circles around the Toyota Sienna which is an ugly blimp.

So far, so good
This is the most tech-advanced vehicle we have had. After 2 days, we've figured out how to connect our phones, set the seat preferences, adjust the interior lights, set the clock and radio stations, and a few other things. It's going to take a while. It drives smoothly, is roomy, and has great pick up. Will have to see after a few months.
