Used 2018 Chevrolet Impala Consumer Reviews
This is the best Full Sized Sedan. Period
I have been renting through Hertz 2014 to present the Chevrolet Impala. After many rentals, I decided my next vehicle is definitely going to be this model. And specifically the 2LTZ or Premiere Trims. It is the most comfortable and roomy vehicle I have driven in years. The quality of the materials used are top notch. And a very eye catching design both inside and out. I ended up finally purchasing a 2017 Premiere. Has every available option. And one owner. So happy with this purchase. I traded in my 2001 BMW 325xi, which I bought new 19 years ago. Had 92,500 miles and was basically trouble free. Just was time to get something newer. I’m so glad I did. Michael

Stylish utility car
2018 Impala Premier purchased used at 23k miles. Has been great in terms of driving feel, cargo capacity and MPG slightly better than EPA ratings (25 mpg total avg incl. city+hwy for me). Plus it’s super stylish in black with chrome trim. Annoyances include a transmission that doesn’t seem to know what gear it wants to be in at times. 6 qt full synthetic oil changes are spendy. And a rattle in the dash that I cannot find grrr! I’ll chalk the last one up to it being a rental car before me though. Otherwise, great car with plenty of power and smooth ride, but a little lacking in the handling dept.

Third Car's The Charm!
I have a 2018 Chevy Impala LT, with the V6 (This trim is not in the dropdown under "Model" for some reason). I LOVE IT! I no longer have to pull my seat up to allow more legroom for the person sitting behind me, and I don't have to put my foot to the floor to merge on the highway or pass someone because it is quick (I mean, you can floor if you want for extra fun). This car is faster than Edmunds says it is. Car and Driver says 6.2 seconds to 60 with the V6, and from my 0-60 tests that's spot on. This car is also very comfortable, with a smooth transmission and great suspension that soaks up bump very well, and comfortable seats. It also has a no-nonsense, easy to use infotainment system, simpler than Ford's system. I've put 44,000 miles on it already in just over a year, and so far it was no problems (Well, except for an alignment issue that was my own doing, so I'm not going to count it. Watch for curbs!). It really saddens me that Chevy discontinued this car because it really is a great car (In fact I'm so upset by this that it's likely this will be my last GM vehicle). There's a reason why it was a Consumer Reports top pick in 2017.

Noisy
It is noisy and the seats are not comfortable. Other than that, it has lots of power and is fun to drive.
