2025 Cadillac CT5 Consumer Reviews

CT5V Great sport sedan that is fun to drive
The styling is also outstanding - I get plenty of compliments on it. Mine has the upgraded interior and I am very pleased. The orange stitching also matches my orange metallic paint job. The car handles very good, especially on a twisting road. I find the twin turbo V-6 with 10 speed has ample acceleration and I also get decent mileage. And it has a nice exhaust note when accelerating. Lots of performance settings similar to my C8 Corvette that are easy to adjust. The CT5V is also a bargain when compared to the European competition and will cost less to maintain.

Awesome car. Better than my trade in mercedes
The super cruise is what sold me as its a breeze to drive on the US interstate system and really cuts down on stress when I drive. Its also quite fast and quiet/comfortable. I hope they continue making it bc Ill buy another one in the future

Cadillac has known for five years, continuing through the 2025 model that the $3500 V6 will idle so roughly, that black smoke will come out and the engine will backfire until the catalytic converter warms up. They have secret service bulletin that says this is “normal” and “ no repairs are necessary. The engine shake so much you teeth will rattle. I’ve never seen anything so preposterous and the XT4 V6 is not like this. You’ll be very very sorry

Starter took a crap!
Three month old 2023 CT5, Premium Luxury Twin Turbo beauty after only 3 months and 1400 miles took a dump! Wouldn't start just kept winding up with sound and no ignition! Thankfully it's a lease and now they're problem.
CT5 caddie
I got my car in mid December of 23. My car had 3 miles on the odometer when I picked it up. It now has close to 10,000. My previous car was a 2018 ATS which I loved. I has trouble choosing between the CT 4 and CT 5. With my grandchildren getting older, I needed more room. I have not had any problems out of this car. Since it's heavier with less horsepower than the ATS, there is no comparison between the 2. The ARS felt much quicker and handled better. Overall I like the comfort and stability of the CT 5 on long trips. The electronics are great as well. I also think the car is beautiful inside and out. The seats are very supportive but would prefer leather, especially from a luxury car. Overall, great car.
