Beautiful inside and out
Do not plan on "great" luxury service that should accompany this vehicle.....the dealership where I purchased this from actually chastised me for being 45 minutes late to drop off my car and pick up a loaner...treated me very poorly then the service and body shop guys did not want to speak with me, while I was always very nice to them. Once the sales manager got involved and said I would go thru him directly, I said thanks but no thanks and went to a competing Cadillac dealership who treated me much better. But GM service for luxury vehicles is still not up to par as their competitors are, such as Lexus. Sadly, this will be my last GM vehicle and I will be going back to either Lexus or Audi.

Surprised and Disappointed!
Prefer to drive wife’s maxima for sure. Shocking how loud it is when driving down the road. Lack of cameras, and having to reach to dash for various functions is at least surprising. My bad for not test driving for a few days for sure. Folks think the car is sexy but regret the purchase. Soooo the clock has moved forward. Ended up getting lawyer after ATS was in the shop 27 times. Purchased wife 21 Supra and now driving another Maxima. This time an SR that looks pretty sporty. Folks, yo have got to check out the Nissan Maxima (if you can find one) and avoid the ATS at all costs

Worst car I've had
My first brand new car I had ever bought and biggest regret. Between the multiple issues with the car on top of the worst service and dealer customer service dealing with all the issues. For the price I've paid for this car and what I pay monthly for a car that basically sat for over 2 years.... I'll never recommend one let alone but anything Cadillac or GM again
Comfort and style
I love the comfort and style of the cadillac. The 2.0 turbo takes a little to get used to, especially if you never owned one before. It is actually faster than the 3.6. Plenty of power and I get 31 - 32 mpg on highway and around 22 around town but I tend to drive a little aggressively at times. I love all the amenities especially the lumbar seating and leather interior. It's a cadillac. I don't like the fact it's premium fuel. I don't find a problem with the cadillac que system as others have stated but I'm used to it since this my 3rd one with it. The one big thing I can't stand is the run flats. I hate them. A very harsh ride and I think it contributes a lot to people turning away from the brand. I bought this used with 39k on it and the tires were just replaced with run flats so I'm stuck for awhile. I think standard radials would have been the way to go. I do love the wide set up but they are staggered which you can't rotate. I will replace with non run flstscand that should give me a lot better ride. Overall this is a great car and fun to drive and can keep up with most cars from the European competition.
2015 Cadillac ATS COUPE premium 3.6
Rate harsh. Possibly due to run flat tires. Difficulty not a ride I have expected from a luxury brand. Real differencial need replacing after 39,000 miles
