New car
Nice interior, lots of upgrades
Safety, safety, safety
5th Buick-1st SUV (Encore GX, Essence); previous 4 Buick sedans had much smoother ride. However, the new safety features are great and off-set the ride. Head-on display (available on previous LaCrosse CSX) is a super safety measure as well as On-Star. Like them both.

Not impressed
A review should only be given after driving this vehicle at least 4-6 months. I truly thought getting an upgrade would literally mean more features. I went from a 2016 to a 2023 no difference. Maybe the truck is quiet, great. The GPS system goes off and on as it wants in the 2023. If I choose to turn off the auto features the truck turns things back on as if its possessed. Why does the 2022 have auto reverse but the 2023 do not? I love buick. It has been my go to from the beginning. Just need you all to do better. Each year should get better.

ZERO STARS
I have never, in my life owned a vehicle that has such high pitched rear brakes. It's been into the dealership countless times, GM Case is open and there is literally no fix for it. Shotty products used on this year, apparently. This was my first GM purchase and it will be my last. It's embarrassing. Stay away!!
traction issue?
Only had the car for a bit less than 2 months-seems like the car wants to slip at times while being driven-almost like it is losing traction on the road. Very strange given that is summetime and the roads are bone dry
