Reliability For A Daily Driver is My Priority

2023 Toyota 4Runner
The V6 engine, the 1GR-FE has been in production for well over 15 years and probably 1.5 million of them have been made. It is the standard engine on the 300 series Toyota Land Cruiser sold in the Middle East as well as on the 70 series sold there and in Australia and Africa. That engine, coupled to the Aisin 750 transmission is arguably the most reliable powertrain ever produced in … commercial vehicle. If you are looking for reliability, this is what you want. If you don't care, go buy a Jeep or a Bronco.
