Purchased my 2011 Ram about a month ago, and I could not be happier.
The truck is very comfortable and rides very nice, for a truck.
The fit and finish is excellent, plenty of cubbyholes for storage and soft touch materials.
The center console with bucket seats is huge and offers two levels of storage
The 5.7L Hemi has plenty of power when needed and gets decent gas mileage for a full size truck (I am averaging 17.5 for mixed city/highway)
and the transmission is smooth and responsive.
Other than a minor issue with the brakes (sensor was mis-adjusted so the brake lights stayed on and cruise would not work) the build quality is very good.
The touch screen audio system is very cool, although it does have a few flaws (see below).
The rear-view camera and sensors are very helpful.
The truck is very large, so comes in handy when backing into/out of the drive way.
Plus makes backing to a trailer hitch very easy!
The heated steering wheel and seats work very well, and heat up fast!
The cooled seats are also a nice addition.
Fold flat rear floor is very handy for groceries.
The MOPAR steps, chrome fuel door and bug deflector make the truck look very good, ties in well with the chrome grill accents.
-A sixth gear, maybe that would improve fuel economy...although this was done with the 2012s, but with no improvement!
-A more powerful subwoofer with the premium sound.
-The playlist system on the HDD is horrible!
You cannot just load songs and import playlists from your PC, your playlist is just a folder of songs, so if you want to have one song on several lists you have to load up multiple copies of the same track to the HDD!
-Better wheels...the "chrome clad" wheels are just plastic glued to aluminum wheel, they look good, but are a cheap surprise on a $35k truck!
-Replace the plastic interior trim with real metal accents
