2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer
Unfortunately they won’t allow a rating lower than 1 star. We purchased this piece of crap in August 2022 and it has been in the shop for a total of 13 weeks, more than half the time we’ve owned it. Headliner rattled and fell within the first week, trim pieces falling off the vehicle going down the road. These problems were fixed but then it developed a rattle in the passenger front door … that Jeep engineers determined was the door bouncing on the striker latch when going over a rough surface. Because two loaner Wagoneers had the same problem and they can’t figure out how to fix it, they simply said that the vehicle is operating as designed. They seriously said they have designed a vehicle with a flaw and because they cannot fix it that’s just the way it is. Wagoneer Customer Care has closed the case and refuses to do anything further.
Potential Wagoneer, Jeep and Chrysler product buyers beware.
