Used 2003 Volkswagen New Beetle Consumer Reviews

unique car; interior is fun at night; fun to drive
a baby TT at an affordable price
I have traded in a Corvette Z06 for a Turbo S and I am not sorry I did. Of course, I cannot compare horse power with a Corvette, but this baby TT does not disappoint anyone. With some modifications (sport springs and rear sway bar, lower profile tires and larger rims) I can compete for curves just like any sports car out there. And the different exterior does stand out in the crowd. Overall, I get a cheap car that is fully loaded and unique. Well worth the trade.

18 Wheeler VS. Beetle
I was hit by any 18 wheeler and the car's protective features really did a super job. I survived the crash with only a few bumps and bruises. Even the windows stayed in tact. I loved my Bug before but now I am in love.
New Beetle Convert - Always a Problem
When it's all working? How fun. But most of the time something is broken. Windows, Convertible top mechanism, lights. Convertible mechanical flaps. Very expensive to fix any of it. Don't buy this car for the quality.
Couldn't be better
Okay, so I bought a "new" Beetle in 2001. I have enjoyed every mile I have driven, from commuting in the city to long trips. It holds an amazing amount of equipment with the back seat folded down, and gets super mileage. Even loaded with my best friend, her dog, my dog, and gear for a weekend camping, the car can pass anything going uphill. A marvelous machine!
