2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport
SEL V6 I was considering replacing 2016 Explorer Limited with 2020 model but wasn't really motivated given the price even after big discount from MFRP (Manufactures Fake Retail Price). We have a Jetta and Passat and like them so I looked up Atlas Cross Sport on Edmunds. Expert Review was good and Consumer reviews convinced me to take a look. I bought one the same day. Styling is … great. Black with black wheels. My test drive had me convinced before I got out of dealer lot. Good low end torque, super smooth transmission, and spirited engine sound. Great ride and precise tight steering considering its size. Fun Facts: The German built 3.6L narrow-angle V6 also known as the VR6 has been used in Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini albeit in a slightly different configuration. They get 2 VR6 paired resulting in the W12 engine.
