1997 GMC Suburban
Great family vehicle. Has definitely been the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. Keeping any vehicle long term will involve some repairs and I had to replace the transmission after pulling around a 30 foot trailer for a while. Wear and tear means occasional repairs but she keeps on a going...currently 787,000 miles (so far)
Update: now up to 830K and still running … well...doesn't really like to climb hills at high altitudes (>7500 ft) as much any more, but otherwise is being a trooper. Still the vehicle for our exploring.
