We like the Pathfinder; brakes are terrible

2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4dr SUV 4WD (3.5L 6cyl 9A)
Our pathfinder does everything we need-its a nice ride. The brakes are terrible. Started shuddering at 12k miles like the rotors were warped; dealer said brakes were fine when we brought it in. Had it looked at again at 28k before warranty was up - still shuddering- and now dealer says it needs news rotors and pads all around, too warped to resurface. Wear items so no warranty; $1k for … them to fix (oh, and parts on national backorder). I was told their hands were tied, call corporate. So I called Nissan corporate and was told their hands were tied, call the dealer. If you google 2022/2023 Pathfinder brakes this is a VERY common issue. I get that brakes are a wear item, but this whole issue has really soured my on Nissan. It's a shame because otherwise we really like our SUV.
