I can not say more enough good things about Colleen. She alone is the reason I made the trip to Stroudsburg. I couldn’t talk on the phone while working, but she kept in contact with me via text throughout the day. When I got to the dealership, Alycia was my salesperson, she was good as well. Alexa closed things up with me, she was absolutely wonderful. My only negative feedback would come from forgetting my down payment, accidents happen though and I ended up giving payment over the phone. However, after buying my vehicle, it definitely was not detailed, it seems like it was barely washed. I understand I bought my vehicle on a Friday night and people wanted to start the weekend early, but my windows were extremely streaky, and I had some kind of sticky substance on the passenger side door. It seemed like a sticker or something was on it at one time. I ended up getting it off, but I was extremely disappointed with that.
