Used 2004 Toyota RAV4 Consumer Reviews
rav4
good car to drive, fun and nice, but too weak, good mileage is a plus
Excellent small SUV!!
This SUV is one of the few that I have driven that is fun to drive - it drives more like a car than an SUV. The handling is amazing. I'm averaging 25mpg right now. It also provides a perfect unobstructed view of the road ahead. If your looking for a small SUV you owe it to yourself to test drive this vehicle - it may surprise you - the more powerful engine this year makes a huge difference. With the seats folded up I can fit 2 mountain bikes inside!!

RAV 4 - I Miss Mine
If you're thinking about getting a RAV 4; DO! I loved mine! Some stupid idiot totalled it.=(. Now I'm shopping every where to find something that comes close to comparing. Haven't found anything quite yet. Too bad the dealers around here can't sell me mine again.
Great all-around truck
The new 2004 version is a nice upgrade over 2003 and includes standard ABS and steering wheel controls. Well designed interior for practicality and convenience. The new engine is quicker and quieter which is a long overdue improvement. The manual trans. is smooth and easy to operate...unlike the poorly engineered CRV clutch. Major flaw- an oversized, ridiculously heavy rear door with a window that won't open. Puzzling why Toyota failed to re- design such an obvious flaw?! Also, the RAV4 could be a little longer for more cargo room. Overall though, this is a very well constructed vehicle and rates the best out of all small SUV's I test drove.
love toyota
