Used 2007 Toyota Corolla Consumer Reviews
This car is the best car ever made!!
This is my 2nd Corolla. My first one was purchased in 1990 and it was still running strong but I decided it was time for a new body style! I love it! It runs so smooth, drives awesome, good gas mileage! I recommend this car to anyone who likes good deals and cars that will last forever.
Great Little Car
I bought this car for my daily commute (about 55kms one way). I bought the SE (special edition) so it came with a sunroof. I was a little annoyed it didn't come with cruise control. The car has plenty of pickup for merging onto the highway and bombing around the city. Gas mileage was a little less than promised but still good. I would agree that the steering wheel position is difficult for taller drivers. It can be difficult to grab the steering wheel while finding a comfortable location for you legs. Plenty of space for a commuter car and lots of trunk room. Almost two years later no mechanical issues and the price was right.
Toyota Corolla S Excellent Car
The guy who wrote that this car is almost blown away in a windy freeway is absolutely right. But this could happen to any small car. The only thing I don't like from this car is the extra plastic bumpers on the bottom of car. Excellent overall quality, great gas mileage, well designed interior actually was the main reason I choose this s model the black interior reminds me the Audi a-4 1.8l. The paint on these cars is really bad quality, I don't know why Toyota is not taking care of this issue, and add for $499 extra dollars the coat protector here in Miami this is a most to protect cars paint considering here temperatures reaches an average of 92 degrees.
2007 Corolla Sport Model Review
No major mechanical problems to report with regular 5k oil changes. Overall the car is reliable and comfortable for commuting. I think I'm getting to the end of my first set of brakes and have replaced the tires with better michelins. The car starts and runs well even on cold mornings. My weekend ford ranger has a more comfortable seating and a better stock stereo but only seats two comfortably and gets at best 21mpg with 17-19mpg typical mileage for the 3 liter v6. The corolla's 1.8 liter gets 32 mpg most often with up to 36 or 37mpg on long road trips. Rear seats are comfortable for kids and short people but too cramped for large adults. With light loads car has plenty of pep.
It's just ok
got the car 3mos ago. have driven 6500 mi. the car has a rougher ride than I thought and the mileage is not nearly as advertised (31mph tops on hwy). Maybe will be better as it get broken in. However, it's a Toyota and reliability should be excellent. It is fast and nimble and looks sporty. I use it mainly on hwy. Not that great in the snow and can be dangerous.
