I had wrote a previous review which i like to update. HERE IS A WARNING ON KEYLESS IGNITIONS.. I went to a restaurant and parked my camry. i was distract, i thought my car was off , the lights and the engine was off. 1.5 hrs later i returned to my camry to find the lights on and the engine running. if this had been in my garage i could have died from carbon monixide poising.. the engine goes on when the battery runs down. this is scary and a feature that has to be recitified. they were 4 deaths in palm beach cty from this from a gasoline engine lexus.so a hybrid could be worse. make sure you button to the ignition is off.the car recoginizes the wireless key.it doenot dissengage when leaving

Stay Away from Toyota Hybrid False MPG estimate

I had high hopes for the 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The claim to get 43mpg city and 39mpg hwy for a combined estimate of 41mpg. NOT! I have had for 10,000 miles 7 months and I average 31.4 mpg. I bought this car because of all the city driving I do. I drive the kids 20 miles each way to and from school. I do a lot of driving for my job. This has been the worst experience ever. I have contacted Toyota Customer Experience Center because this is where the dealer directed me after my numerous complaints. I went yesterday to dealer for yet another test and wasted 7 hours. They say it checks out fine with no problems. I think getting 10 miles less per gallon is a pretty huge problem that is being overlooked. That is the problem. Stay away from Toyota and their false (Estimate) Buy a Honda I've owned 4 and never had any problems with the cars or customer service. I only chose Toyota because of their history with the Hybrid.Unhappy Toyota Camry Hybrid Owner

Poor front bumper and light structure. Just made scratch the garage door, the bumper and absorber falled down, both left and right lights have to be replaced.

Where do you start with this strange car. The trunk is taken up with the battery so I'm not sure why they bothered with the tiny opening from one rear seat that is capable of folding down, I guess a broom handle can fit through there. Very little trunk space, a few suitcases and it's full. The cloth seats are cheap and not very supportive, the leather are much better. The interior screams cheap, the navigation has a very poor resolution display. The winning noise as you slow down drives you crazy in city driving. I find the start and stoping of the engine also very anoying and very noticable in this car.
