worth your money, looking forward to seeing those 200hp model. however it's a little bit noisy inside when driving fast (but, it's 16,000 dollars car) Tons of stuffs to install to the car. I installed the exhaust system, pretty nice sound. great design. overall, perfect for budget and very fun to drive.

Well worth the six weeks I waited to get my tC. Parked along a curb on a Saturday night by a club in front of a new Benz SL 500. I saw no less than ten people stop and stare at the tC. They also looked at the logo to try and figure out what it was. Mine is Black with tinted windows and looks great. It swallows all of my music equipment, amps, guitars, keyboards, etc. with the back seats folded down. Drives like it is on rails. LOVE IT.

For only slightly more money than a Dodge Neon or a Chevy Cobalt (non SC) the performance that you get from the Scion tC is excellent. It rides smoothly and corners tightly. It is fuel efficient and I havn't had one problem with it in over 20,000 miles so far. I knew the engine would be no problem because it is taken right from the Toyota Camry. This car has rock solid performance and is affordable!

If you're looking for a fun, fast(relatively speaking) and versatile vehicle with excellent fuel economy, then the search is over(if you can find one for sale). The '05 Scion tC is, for once, better than the hype. The quality, fit and finish is up to Lexus standards. The value is exceptional with standard features like one touch up/down power windows for both driver and passenger, a sound system with 6 speakers that puts you in the center of the concert and 4 wheel force balanced ABS brakes that puts safety at all corners. The only drawback is that they are hard to find right now.(are you listening Toyota?) I think it's worth the wait....

I've only had this car for 3 days, but so far it has lived up to expectations (which were high). This was an excellent compromise between my wife and I. I wanted a true sports car, while she wanted a more understated sedan.

The storage room in this car is great. I had four 16" wheels and tires from my truck in the back once - no problem! Love the reclining back seat. The front seats have good support, but the leg room in the front is cramped. The stereo sounds best when it is turned up loud. The power is amazing for a car of this type and it is fun to drive.

Amazing car when you consider the price. It's pretty quick, has a very solid ride, handles good, and looks good. I just have a couple of complaints about minor details. The leather shift boot tore the 1st day I had the car, the radio cover is hard to open, roof rattles, and now something is squeaking. Dealer fixed shift boot, said radio cover is supposed to be like that and couldn't find source of roof rattle.

I bought this car new in 2004 and still think it's great! I have taken six trips to Tennessee in it 540 miles one way and always get 30 miles per gallon doing 75-80 mph. I have yet to drive it in the winter though. I really like the looks of the car, the only complaint, is that when I first drive it sometimes the sunroof rattles, oh and I traded my new Honda Civic EX for it, now that was a really slow car. You can't get a better car for the money than the TC.

If your taller than 5' 5", this car is probably not for you. I'm 5' 10" tall and I have had the seats in every position. There is no position that I am comfortable in. The steering wheel is too far forward for the average height of a man. When the steering wheel is in a comfortable position my legs are in the birthing position and very cramped. When my legs are comfortable, my arms are fully extended. Don't even think about being able to recline the driver's seat, you'll never reach the steering wheel. Toyota needs to take men who are taller than 5' 5" into consideration when designing vehicles. Otherwise the car is excellent in all other aspects, but the lack of comfort ruins the whole car for me.

I'm still shocked at how much car I get for a mere $16,500. The Potenza tires alone are great. I feel very confident driving it around town and can't wait to put more parts in (supercharger, exhaust, sub, amp). The roominess of the interior is amazing too. I'm still amazed at what I got.

Im 17 years old and my mom just bought me this car. The car is very good in all of its aspects, it can go fast, beleive me, handles well and love the way you can modify it at the dealership. The car audio system is some what overrated because they are hyping it up because of its pioneer sound but the bass isnt realy there so dont expect the best sound in the world but it is good. The car suits me very well and have had no problems with it so i would recomend it for people.

For the price and features combination, the tC can't be beat. The interior build quality and the sleek exterior make this the best sport-coupe for Gen-Y drivers. Not only is the car affordable, but it has a ton of features you won't see on other cars in the price segment. I got mine with the ground effects kit and the spoiler, and it looks like an expensive sports car. The interior is designed with usability in mind. All of the controls are easy to reach and are intuitive. The engine (which, by the way, is the same 2.4L, 160HP power plant you'll find in a Camry) is smooth and powerful. Overall, you won't be able to find a car with this many features at this price.

Buy it today! I love mine. And others compliment me too. It's fun to drive, smooth, sporty and fuel efficient. Plus, no body has it. Get it. The quality and reliability is #1 becaue it has a Toyota camry engine and Toyota/lexus make the best reliable cars. Plus it was made in Japan, unlike all the Toyotas.

Usually, when you anticipate something this good, the hype can sometimes overtake what it really turns out to be. NOT FOR THIS CAR! I've been drooling over this car since December of 2003 and I'd have to say, it was worth the wait. There aren't enough words to describe the thrill of driving one of these bad boys. The options are endless when it comes to tuning, but the basic model itself is loaded!

This is my first brand new car and it is awesome. The standard features are not what most companies would consider standrad. As I've driven my car I've noticed all the little things that make this car so cool. All you need to do is shift into a different gear, step on the gas, and you will know that this car has power! I couldn't be happier. And the "pure pricing" that Scion uses makes getting your Scion they way you want it very easy.

I love my black cherry Scion tC. I get so many compliments on the way it looks people actually stop and ask me what kind of car it is. Obviously i tell them it's a Scion made by Toyota and how you get so much for the money. Mind you, I am 44 years old and out of the minivan stage. So I thought why not buy something that is young, fun and classy looking at the same time.

I just sold my 1998 1.8 Audi Quattro. Bought the car new and had an engine management chip put in. Though it was fun to drive, I had mucho problems, turbo, brakes, broken timing belt, and more. My Tc is as much fun, even with automatic, and my guess is the build quality will far exceed the Audi. Fit and finish is great. The standard features and solid feeling, can't be beat and a dealer that rally knew his product. I'm having a blast. At 66, who says the car is only for kids?

There is no better deal out there. For all of the standard features you get and the power, this car should cost $20,000. The standard transmission is tons of fun and sporty. It has lots of power and a sporty feel when driving while maintaining a comfortable drive. I don't know how Scion is making any money on these with all of the bells and toys that they have in there.

I love my Scion. I have been driving it for three months now and have enjoyed every moment. I drove it on a long road trip to go to school (~600 miles). It was such a smooth ride, great handling, and very comfortable in the cockpit. Everyone that I have showed the car off to has complimented the styling of the car. I don't think the Civic (my other choice) would be turning as many heads as the tC has.

It was painful having to wait the 5 weeks from date of order to date of picking up my Flint Mica beauty, but every day was worth it! She is a dream to ride-- and forget the talk of an automatic underperforming a manual. I got the AT up to 105 MPH on the backroads of Michigan over the weekend and didn't feel any jolts, shakes, or shimmies! She handles like a dream and has more than sufficient space for the three of us in my household. Kudos to Toyota and their marketing wonks!

Very user friendly over all compered to other cars with gadgets, buttons and light desplays, this car has the same thing and keeps things simple with all the gadgets and all. Power is usful and fun when now one is looking. Gas milege is actulay on the dot too after test that I have done. Did extensive shopping in & out of this class of vehicle and found nothing to compare to the balance of performance, comfort, amenities, quality, detail and, of course, price! As long as you are not expecting a Prius (mileage) or Porche (performance) you can't beat this car for having all of the right stuff. Reasonable compromises (performance vs. practicality) make it a competant and comfortable weekday commuter and lots of fun on the weekend.

I see everyone loves this car, and I do too except for all of the problems! Rattles, rattles everywhere. My sunroof doesn't close, front brakes make a clicking noise constantly, hatch rattles, dashboard rattles and squeeks. it also doesn't help that my dealership is terrible. I probably have the most mileage of anyone I have talked to (24,000), but the car just doesn't seem to be holding up well. The paint is very cheap, the front of the car has so many scratches and chips you can't even see the color of the car (indigo ink). Overall I love the car, I just hate all the issues it has. I will be returning to Honda now that the new Civic is out.

I recently purchased a tc, I am very pleased with it. The car itself is a great value with excellent standard features. It is clear that the profit margin for the vehicle is made on scion accessories. I don't know that any of the accessories are a great buy. For instance I can get chrome wheel locks for $25 and scion is asking $49. This is just the beginning. You can't beat this car at this price, but consider going to other vendors for accessories.
