Nice ride but gas is expensive.
The get up and go is really nice, there is a bit of torque steering 'mech sais' that is because the turning rad is so short. Braking, snow handeling, & highway is fine, engine is a bit raspy, the auto trans can be jumpy. The Gas mi is 14/16city 18/21hwy, over 5400 miles. My 1989 Montero did 19city 24hwy. My VUE is gold, I recieve alot of great comments.
Fantastic value
The beauty of the interior is in its utter simplicity. My VUE has proven to be amazingly utilitarian and wonderfully proportioned for its class. The 6 cyl is peppy and smooth, and it handles like a sporty car! The exterior style is just right. I'm a little disappointed they made the grille styling so car-like on the new models, but I would buy another one without hesitation!

The Vue is sweet!
Being the third Saturn in my family, I had great confidence in the new AWD V6 Vue. Hats off to Saturn for a great design with some unique features. The electric power steering is really smooth. Handling is excellent and the gas mileage is very reasonable. The cargo organizer is very useful for grocery shopping. The AWD is great on snowy roads. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
What a great SUV!!
This is my 3rd Saturn but my 1st SUV. Great handling, good design, solid feel on the road, great visibility, good gas mileage. Solid construction and no cheesy parts. We're very happy. I've put 1000 miles on it in 3 weeks :)
Don't buy one
I bought this car brand new, love the dealer hate the quality of the Vue. Here are just a few of the problems I've had over the years. Struts went bad at 500 miles, car had to be towed at 1000 miles would not start burrs in the fuel rail bad abs the breaks stink, both O2 sensors are bad, crank case sensor went bad, gas guage works when it feels like it same with turn signals. Engine control module went out when driving 70 mph lost all control of everything including power breaks and steering. My wife was locked in the car not once but twice (how is that possible)? Car lost all power while driving in Atlanta on way to Florida, went to dealer was charged $85 for bad connection happened again.
