Great vehicle!
The purchase experience was brutal. Dealer lied, cheated, tried to add $3,000 to price, used wrong VIN number and jacked up the interest rate. The vehicle is excellent. Nice ride. Comfortable.

I LOVED MY NEW MURANO UNTIL I HAD IT FOR AWHILE
I had driven Nissans since they were Datsuns (1981) I wrote my first review too soon as I loved and expected to love the new model as I had loved the old ones. The worst complaint I discovered is how they remodeled the seating, using plastic components that only just reached around the seat. It was positioned to cut my leg if I was not careful exiting the vehicle. The dealer said they couldn't fix it and my husband had to wrap this area in soft fabric. I was getting to feel the dealership doesn't care about you once they get your trade in and get their money for your car. I also drove a Jaguar that I didn't want to part with so when I had to sell one, I decided to sell the Murano and get a new Jaguar SUV.

Great looks and comfortable
Very trendy design despite being same for 4 years. Excellent interiors. Nice handling and good adaptive cruise control. Has Apple car play and Android auto. Wish the electronics are a bit upgraded
