Used 2006 Nissan Frontier Consumer Reviews
another failed nissian
just got it a month ago today..and already having problems w/ it. we returned a murano because of all the problems w/ that. and once again back to the shop. powersteering is completely gone and the steering wheel is making a clicking noise at not even 2000 miles.
Frontier - 4th of July fireworks..
Just bought it this last week and love it. It has a lot of get up and go. Very roomy for a King cab and feels very tough. It has all the features I wanted and it didn't break the bank. I compared the Toy and GMC and was not impressed with the option packs or the add on pricing for both of them.

My 2nd Nissan Frontier.
Drove my 1994 se v6 with over 220,000 miles. The new truck met and exceeds my expectations. I knew Nissan built quality trucks already but the newer engine (less mpg) is beefier and smoother. Great ride on the open road and rugged for off. Get the optional Traction package. Still have my old Nissan and expect to get the same quality out of the new one. Excellent hands down compared to the toyota. I never even thought twice about buying another nissan.
Best Purchase
I have nothing bad to say about this truck.I was concerned about the gas mileage, but just have been pleasantly suprised. The numbers come in way above the door estimate. I'm getting @22 mpg driving to and from work and just got back from a road trip where I got @ 26 mpg on the highway.
15 months w/my Frontier
I have had my Frontier for almost a year & 1/2 now. I use it for personal/family, not really as a truck. I love the bed for carrying things I would have to squeeze into a car trunk, like Little League equip. I purchased an aftermarket locking bed cover, so it makes it much more useful. I love everything about this truck except large turning radius & poor gas mileage (about 14 mpg in local driving). It feels comfortable & looks great.
