A BLAST
Excellent car! Fun Fun Fun, a cure for the common car! Ours is an All 4 Auto, with panoramic moonroof and harmon Kardon. Unbelievable gas miles, incrediable. Plenty of room! Buy it you will be happy too.
Fun, sporty, reliable
This car has been an absolute thrill to drive. Up and down twisty mountain roads are our favorites together. Long drives by the lake and cruising in town. We like having fun together. She’s got everything I need, nothing more.

FUn to drive
Handles like a dream and good mpg's for a sporty taller carlike "SUV. Perfect ride height, plenty of interior space. Power and accelerator feel are excellent. Get the S, get the manuel 6 speed and you will not be disappointed. Take good care of it and maintain it and it will take care of you for years to come and you will have so much fun. This is my second mini-cooper purchase and I have owned all brands. In my opinion this is one of the most satisfying mini coopers. Also HK system rocks if you can spring for it!
Bad Bad Bad
Do not buy. I bought a used 2012 Minicooper Countryman last August for my daughter and have dumped about $4000 dollars into it so far. First the tires (not their fault) but then mass air flow meter goes out, then had to replace the plugs and coils, then had to replace the bushings underneath, somethings else went wrong that I don't remember because too many things going wrong but that cost another $800 and a now, the check engine light is coming on and running rough. Bought this through a BMW dealer that had ALL the "perfect maintenance" records on it. Mini's are bad. BMW in general pretty much sucks and they way over charge for repairs on basically a Volkswagen Rabbit. I knew I should not purchase this as my wife wanted it because it was "cute". Not so cute anymore. I had a bad feeling and it's biting me now. Buy at your own risk and if you do buy one, make sure you have about $6K extra in your bank account for the problems you will run into. Good luck!

Two Years of Spending Money
So, I got this car in April of 2020 and have spent money that equals the equivalent of a new car purchase. I am talking $10,000 total for things like a fuel pump, the tire pressure sensor and tires, the oil changes, the alignments, the battery, the turbo charge, the spark plugs and coils that need replacing multiple times with minor driving usage, the time belt, the drive belt, the high pressure fuel pump, and so much more. This car can not go a month without the check engine light coming on. I am a fool for wasting so much money and taking out loans to fix an unfixable car. It is better to get a newer model and a car warranty. Even when I had carshield, the company would cover somethings and not others so I was left bleeding money left and right. Everything about this car is expensive because of it age. I am trading it in because enough is enough. Dont think if you just spend more, it will eventually get better. It never does.
