Fantastic small suv just handles well easy and fun to drive. A little small in the back for passengers. Love, the metallic blue color.

Nice looking crossover with some minor issues

2024 Mazda CX-30 2.5 S Carbon Edition 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl 6A)

This is a beautiful vehicle. The design is fantastic. Carbon edition also stands out with nice upholstery and other elegant touches inside and outside. Minor flaws... driver seat is hard as a rock. Uncomfortable. Steering wheel lacks of padding. Overall ride is not as smooth as I expected. Still, this is a very solid, nice vehicle.

Good afternoon. How are you? change of the car. Today they called me from Mazda after 5 months and I understand that the car has modifications and the truth is Mazda blames you for not giving me that information about the changes that the 2024 had, for me it is very frustrating to know that my 2022 with a lower trim was a much better car. The truth is I am very disappointed. I paid $ 7 thousand more for a higher model and the truth is it makes me angry to know that I owe $ 50 thousand for a car that does not make me happy, Mazda holds you responsible for not giving me all the information. The truth is that it is frustrating for me, I feel cheated. I am letting you know that I will make a comment on Google regarding my discomfort. The Mazda customer experience woman recommended that I do so, that I was not the first customer to call complaining and that I repeat, it is your responsibility as sellers to give the correct information. I send you my regards and I apologize again.

Just right amount of practical and fun

2025 Mazda CX-30 2.5 Turbo Premium 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl Turbo 6A)

Bought the car end of 4 months ago. Turbo premium trim. Turbo packs a punch and it has been a blast to drive. Test drove a slew of luxury and regular car brands and when I fired up the turbo premium I knew it was the right car. Wanted something smaller that could still haul some stuff. Drove 228i, civic si, accord, Lexus IS, Volvo s60. Mazda hit the mark on luxury feel with regular car pricing. And no insane maintenance costs (hello bmw/volvo). Great handling. All the safety tech. Bose stereo sounds great. Getting 26-29mpg depending on city or highway. Folding the back seats down to haul stuff (fit a 65 inch tv unboxed and laid down in the back, on another trip filled it with countless bags of potting soil). Only complaints. Road/wind noise from door seals on highways. Cx5 has more substantial and staggered seals. Cx30 just has one seal and it isn’t cutting it. For how nice everything else is on the car thought this would get more attention. Beyond that, 0 complaints and would buy again.

Impressive

I test drove the Preferred and Select models in April 2025. Love the unique exterior look of the CX 30. The interior is upscale as well. Driving it has a sporty feel and you definitely feel the road underneath. Fun to drive for sure. What surprised me was the interior room in the car. After reading expert reviews, I had the impression the interior was very tight and somewhat claustrophobic. I am 5'10" and weigh 162 lbs. Contrary to some of the reviews I found the front seats comfortable and rear seating quite adequate for me, and this is after adjusting the front seats to where I would be sitting. I had probably 3 to 4 inches of space before my knees would touch the back of the front seats. Some negatives: Front seats are a bit stiff and the car is a bit noisy until it transmission finds the right gear. But the car has plenty of pep. Also, my low back hurt somewhat even with the car's lumbar support. I would use a seat cushion for more support if I couldn't adjust the lumbar support to my liking. Overall, I really like this car and the price is quite reasonable. It's on the top of my list when I will be buying a vehicle in the next few months. (To clarify, I test drove the non-turbo models and that's what I would buy.)
