I got the premium package for this vehicle, I LOVE the sound system, moonroof, and the speed limit projection on the windshield. However, my car does not have 2,000 miles on it yet and it’s been to the dealer TWICE! 2 recalls (ok that’s fine) but I’ve had my check engine light come on, low oil pressure light, and a vehicle system malfunction light. The first time I took it to the dealer they told me they fixed the sensor issue and checked my engine, oil, etc. everything was fine. 2 weeks later I’m halfway driving down to the shore and the same 3 lights come on again. Mazda told Me they had fixed it but apparently not, very frustrating. Other than that, drives super nice! If you’re looking for a more roomy car, this car is not the one for you, try the CX-5 or CX-9!

We Are Extremely Happy With This Car

We looked at the small GM SUVs. We looked at Escape. We looked at Tucson. I rented a Renegade. My mom has a Kona. The CX-30 Preferred is everything we wanted in a small Crossover/SUV. We were looking for a certain size (one notch above sub compact) and the CX-30 is perfect for us. We love how quiet and solid it is. It rides and handles like a much more expensive car. We love the interior. The CX-30 certainly is not a race car but it has more power than most small SUVs. I agree that most of the engines power is in the upper RPM range but we are fine with that and the transmission's "Sport Mode" certainly makes the car feel quicker. The engine is smooth and certainly does not mind being revved up. The back seat is a touch small but we knew that going in. We will probably only ever have grand kids in the back seat. This is a GREAT car and we highly recommend it.

The look and the feel of this car is what I fell in love with. The price tag wasn’t bad considering everything you get. This is the first Mazda I have ever driven and I absolutely love it! Quality and value is what I have received and I am very happy.

LOVE this SUV... Mazda hit the mark on this one. The only thing I think is missing is a Turbo other than that I have not found anything, I do not like they did one darn good job. I may keep this one forever.

3 months and 5,000 miles for this CX-30 Premium

I traded my Mazda3 in for the CX-30 and I am so glad I did! Love the handling, look, luxury, MPG, and handling. The only negative I had, was it was sluggish from a stop. But, I just click “sport mode” when I need it and it works great. I have purchased Honda’s for the past 30 years, and the quality of Honda does not compare to Mazda. Also, Mazda’s service makes you feel appreciated, Honda did not.
