2024 Lincoln Nautilus Consumer Reviews

Many issues
I have the Reseve with all the bells and whistles. I came out of the Lincoln Aviator Resrve. The first thing I noticed was the quality difference. The Nautilus has more electronic features but is not as high quality as the 2021 Aviator that I came out of. The next was the brakes, wow what a difference! The Aviator stopped on a dime and was very high quality, not so with the Nautilus. The concept on the Nautilus is great if only everything would work great. I just gave in my ca that I only have for 3 months because my speakers stopped working. If Lincoln can figure out how to fix these few things then the car would be great but as of right now I would be happy to go back to my Aviator.

BUYER BEWARE - it’s a joke of a car
I love my Nautilus. The cutting edge tech and aesthetics are beautiful. However, none of that matters if the vehicle does not work. Like many others, I have the hybrid model. Had several technology issues. But the primary complaint - my vehicle stopped going in the middle of the road. Busted fuel injector leading to oil spilling everywhere. Many replaced parts and a COMPLETE ENGINE REPLACEMENT. I am currently in a battle with Lincoln for a buy back. They have a LOT to work out on this new vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. It’s a joke.

BE AWARE. LOTS OF ISSUES
LOTS OF ISSUES GUYS.... PLEASE BE AWARE.... I have a 2024 Lincoln nautilus and already there is a bad rattle coming from the back of the vehicle. Took it in and Lincoln says they are aware of the issue but dont have a fix for it right now. Half the dash has went out just by going into an app. Sound on a phone call is very distorted

Ford quality is job zero
Our brand new 2024 Black Label Nautilus powered down and shut off in the middle of the street on the way home from the dealer. The vehicle has remained at the dealer for nearly three weeks with no end in sight. Lincoln has advised us that this problem is not unique to us and that Ford engineering is now trying to diagnose and fix this obvious safety issue. The same vehicle also had other glaring problems upon delivery, including an inability to use some electronics with two keys in the car at the same time. The solution offered by the service department was to travel with one key only since this problem exists with many of these vehicles and there is no known fix. A real nuisance, for example, if you have a husband and wife who both have a key. To make matters worse, Lincoln has also refused to provide any meaningful solution. Instead, the customer care team has advised that the Lincoln/Ford resolution is to keep our first month lease payment as well as the proceeds from our trade in while we: (1) continue to make lease and insurance payments on a vehicle that we cannot drive; (2) pay for a rental car because a loaner could not be taken out of state; and (3) otherwise experience an inconvenient and expensive run around. In short, the customer care so far generally matches the quality of the vehicle.

This vehicle is NOT ready
To add to so many other reviews. This is really a disappointing car for a pretty hefty price. Black Label looks good, but tech, brakes, quirky problems are a mess. Been in the shop so many time since purchase in April 24. The brakes grind when stopping like an old car from the 60s….new pads installed. No change. Fancy dash goes blank several times a week requiring hard restart (holding the volume knob down for 10 seconds). Seat moves forward for entry instead of back forcing driver to squeeze in….no fix available. Memory seat will not store settings. All bolster and lumbar support go zero setting after shut off and do not restore at start. Did have rattling rear shocks replaced. So many issues with this vehicle. Planning to dump it soon. Dealer Service folks are nice and state they know these are lemons and the tech promised cannot be delivered.
