Used 2022 Lexus UX 250h Consumer Reviews
Water/weather between door edge and interior seal
My one complaint is what I suggest is a design flaw. The door and hatch let rain water/road puddle water/car wash water through to the interior seal. It does not get IN to the interior, but these areas need to be wiped down after a rainy day drive etc. It's a nuisance and can get on clothes when getting in and out of car.

Great Little Car
Fun to drive, handles well on turns and curves, mileage is amazing. Downside - very little trunk space; needs more cup holders, especially for the back seats.

Great value as a used car
I bought my UX used from Lexus of Omaha. Because the UX isn’t a huge seller you can get a good price on a used one. The reason it isn’t a huge seller is because it addresses a niche market. This is a car for empty-nesters or a young couple with small children. If people buy it for what it is, it’s a great choice. It does not have a huge hatch which should be obvious by looking at it. It does not have a huge backseat, which is obvious. I get tired of people complaining that the hatch is too small. The backseat is too cramped. Then don’t buy it. Things that are less obvious, like the run flat tires, I can understand complaining about. They are noisy and terrible in snow. I replaced mine with a set of Michelin’s, which solved both problems. If, in the extremely unlikely event I get a flat, I bought a can of fix-a-flat for around $10 (which I know ruins the tire if you have to use it, but if your run flat has a puncture, that tire is also ruined so it’s a wash). And for a slow leak, I bought a $35 12v DC tire compressor that runs off the car battery. What’s great about the UX is all the little touches Lexus added that I didn’t even realize were there when I bought the car. At night, when I approach the car, the door handles light up. The power window switches and the door locks are lit at night. The hidden compartments in the hatch. The change tray in the center console. Lots of little touches that make this car a joy to own.
Nice car
Solid little AWD suv. Very comfortable. Plenty of bells and whistles.
Love my Lexus!!
Smoothest ride I’ve ever known. Certified warrantee can’t be beat: 5 years snd unlimited miles! Smartest car ever, practically drives itself. Insurance only $5 more a month than my 2012 Soul.
