Is this really a Lexus?
- Under powered, rating is 169 horsepower but my heavier Chevy is 150 horsepower, heavier, but far quicker. Acceleration rate is lethargic to the point were it is almost dangerous. - Noisy, road noise is atrocious, almost unbearable. Engine roar is unavoidable to get up to any speed but it is not a pleasant sound - Infotainments system has serious flaws. It is hard to use. You cannot listen to music from a USB stick while using Android Auto, everybody else allows this. Waze is not supported on Android Auto, once again, this works for everybody else. - Don't put anything valuable in the front door pockets, it will fall out when you open the door. I had my keys and wallet both fall out and if I wasn't paying attention I will have had the car stolen since it would have locked with the keys on the ground and left behind. - Adaptive cruise control does not work well at slow speed, it cannot decide what to do. Also if you are at stop and hit the resume it will try to run into the car in front of you if it starts and stops. - Brake hold is nice to have but if you leave it on and park, sometimes the electric parking brake engages on its own even if you don't have it set to engage automatically. This ran down the battery on my car. Seats are not comfortable, I found it difficult to find good driving position that didn't leave me sore after an hour of driving Update: After driving other cars in this class I would lower my rating if I could. I refuse to drive to anymower.

Worst experience I ever had
I have UX 200 F-Sport 2019 and the car came without carplay and official dealship deny anything related to this technology as previously announced, in general the infotainment system is very sluggish and missing basic features and included features not working or useless like Wifi have no any use, No apps available just an icon, Navigation is from 2018 and caused me lost twice. Recently the car engine started to have problems like sudden stop while driving, abnormal vibrations while stop in traffic light with vibrated RPM indicator. That was my first experience with Lexus and will be the last, it’s scary and I don’t feel safe anymore in such car with my family. And unfortunately the dealership and official service center doesn’t help except saying everything is ok with the car and I just the one who is suffering. Totally not recommend this car.

UX-cellent
I love my car. It’s on the smaller side but has the technology and comfort of a larger vehicle. The gas mileage is one of the greatest features it offers. Very dependable.

Nice for the price!
I purchased my UX200 in July 2021 and now have 22,000 miles on it. I wish it had a turbo engine, but it still has plenty of power in most cases. I get 35 mpg so I am very pleased with that. The interior is the nicest of any car I have ever owned with all the features since it came with the premium package . Love the ventilated seats and the concierge feature!
