Great Luxury Crossover
The vehicle is reasonably priced. It has exceptional gas mileage especially on the highway. It's exterior and interior are beautifully designed and it drives like a car. I am reasonably happy with driving this vehicle as I have driven 3 models of the IS 250.

Good car with sketchy steering
I have put 5,000 miles on my Lexus UX200. My gas mileage is 37 mpg and the car is comfortable and versatile. The only problem is the steering. At high speeds the car has a tendency to wander requiring constant steering corrections. It almost feels like something is loose in the steering linkage. The dealer has advised that the steering is within specs and the tires are properly inflated. For the inexperienced driver it could pose a problem especially when driving on twisty roads. Otherwise the car is reliable and comfortable with good gas mileage. I previously reviewed my 2019 Lexus UX200 and reported problems with the steering that could cause problems for an inexperienced driver. I have to make constant corrections to the steering to keep the vehicle on track. Every time I take the vehicle in for service I am told the steering is correct. I finally figured out what the problem is. The vehicle is equipped with "Lane Tracking Assist" technology which constantly interferes with the steering by making unnecessary corrections to the path of the vehicle. When turned on it misreads grooves in the asphalt as lane markers and will actually steer you out of the lane instead of keeping you within the lane. It is dangerous because it misreads the roadbed on turns and in areas where there is road construction. It also misreads the lane markers when it is raining or in snow. The only safe setting for this function is "OFF". Once turned off the steering works normally. The problem is that the vehicles are shipped with this function on as the default setting and the dealers are oblivious to the problem.

ITS JUST OK>
I bought this car one year ago. First 4 cylinder car I've owned since I had a 1934 Chevy at age 15. It has great gas mileage, but not the smooth feel of my 2013 ES350. $35,000 seems over priced for this car. I feel like I should have opted for the Honda CHR or the Small Toyota, whatever its called. Worst experience I ever had
I have UX 200 F-Sport 2019 and the car came without carplay and official dealship deny anything related to this technology as previously announced, in general the infotainment system is very sluggish and missing basic features and included features not working or useless like Wifi have no any use, No apps available just an icon, Navigation is from 2018 and caused me lost twice. Recently the car engine started to have problems like sudden stop while driving, abnormal vibrations while stop in traffic light with vibrated RPM indicator. That was my first experience with Lexus and will be the last, it’s scary and I don’t feel safe anymore in such car with my family. And unfortunately the dealership and official service center doesn’t help except saying everything is ok with the car and I just the one who is suffering. Totally not recommend this car.
