Just not Satisfying
Doesn’t meet the expectations. New infotainment center has smooth styling but, clunky functionality. Comfort also misses the mark with uncomfortable seating and center console. Performance is adequate. Excellent acceleration and handling. Gas mileage is average with a combined 23.5 mph and 28 mph on highway. In my opinion it is a disappointing mark for a high mark lineage.

2023 Lexus RX 500 H Sport: A Luxury Letdown
Purchased the 2023 Lexus RX 500 H Sport with high expectations, only to be met with a stark reality check. A minor accident involving a deer revealed a major flaw: a frustrating, over-seven-week wait for essential parts, rendering my $72,000 Lexus unusable. This experience highlights a significant gap in Lexus’s customer service and parts availability for new model years. As a luxury car owner, the lack of support and the prolonged immobility of my vehicle has been deeply disappointing. Potential buyers, be wary: the true luxury of a car extends beyond its features to include reliable after-sales service. STILL WAITING!

Lemon! Terrible vehicle, Toyota is the new BMW
Lemon! Terrible vehicle, Toyota is the new BMW We have had nothing but Toyota produces for years. This car is terrible. They replaced all the door handles under warranty as they would not open. It has a trans issue that it is going in for the 3rd time. Just over 20k miles. The center console reaches temps over 100 degrees and will melt chocolate and makeup. The trans hits into gear quite often even after being at dealer. The car has an idle issue since new and we were told it is bad gas. It happens regardless of the octane or brand of gas we put in. These are manufacturing defects. The rest of the car is ok, but some of the features are designed weak. The info system is slow and very confusing. All the safety features are so annoying that you have to turn them off if you want to drive and not be distracted. Forget about trying to do anything simple with the dash or other features. Pretty much the car sucks.
