Comfortable ride, but confusing technology
Ride and overall feel are fantastic. Technology is very confusing though and not always well-designed. There's a wireless car charger, but you need a cable to operate Carplay. What good does that do? My wireless car charger is therefore an unusable $200 option. Infotainment monitor is too small and the resolution was better in the Chrysler Pacifica minivan I rented at the airport last week. My new car is 3 months old, and I received an email last week that the trial Wifi subscription on my my new Lexus was about to expire - Lexus never told me that I even had this to begin with. Display messages on the car are confusing and seem to conflict with other systems. Touch-free rear hatch opener works only 50% of the time. Interior has only two small cup holders that don't fit today's sized drinks

Buyer beware of little things that are annoying
Recently bought a 2021 RX450H and below are few comments: 1) Why is it marketed as "Heated steering wheel" when it is only partial area that is heated compared to competition where entire steering wheel is heated. Everyone hold steering wheel differently and it is false advertisement 2) The person who made the decision for having garage opener button on rear view mirror should be fired as that is the most poor design without any customer feedback. Every time the garage button is pushed the rear view mirror goes out of adjustment 3) Interior panels are made of cheap plastic when I compare with 2008 ES 350. One can tell the quality is greatly degraded 4) Touch lock button on door handles is in awkward location, Not where your fingers would normally fall like on the back side which they used to have before

Comfy and super reliable
Great ride. After more than 60,000 miles still drives like new. Not very sporty but comfortable.

Best SUV ever
I don’t know why others are getting lower MPG, but I’ve driven my new RX450H for 3K miles now on city and highway and I’m getting 31.3 mpg! It’s such a smooth and comfortable car to drive and I Love it!
