Poor performance
Not impressed after driving it for a few months. It's nice and quite once it gets going, but is noisy and rough getting there. Gas milage is horrendous. My Chevy 1500 4x4 gets 2 less miles per gallon. Interior is fine but the infotainment is way too busy along with the dozens of things that happen if you touch something on the steering wheel. The handles are kind of nice once you get used to them, not sure why folks complain about them. Big picture, trading it in, not the vehicle I had hoped it would be. I think it was a big mistake going to a 4 cylinder, especially such a poor, noisy, gas guzzling one.

Not Well Built
Anyone that purchases a 2023 RX350 with the 8 speed automatic transmission will soon find out how jerky that transmission gets upshifting and downshifting after 500 miles. The tech is much better than the old RX, especially the cameras that are not grainy anymore with the exception of the digital rear view mirror which appears to be VGA quality. The infotainment and steering wheel buttons are not user friendly at all, but I overlooked all those shortcomings hoping that I would at least have a comfortable and reliable vehicle. The transmission jerking is so bad that it feels like it will give out at any moment and Lexus’ response is to tell you to make sure to use premium fuel and drive on Eco mode. The suede dash on the passenger side comes loose or off depending on your vehicle built date, another thing Lexus has no fix for, so the only option that leaves you is to glue it, a brand new Luxury vehicle over $70,000, and you have to use glue to keep parts in place.

Disappointed
This is my third RX350 in the last 10 years. The engine sounds like a motorcycle engine when you accelerate it. This was Lexus’s biggest mistake ever. I don’t know what they were trying to do when going to a 4 cylinder engine for such a heavy car, it’s slow to accelerate, noisy and truly disappointing.

Dont waste money on this car
After 3 month driving ultra luxury rx350. Malfunctioning of front strut assembly from day0 not yet fixed as no parts available. The car had issue from factory. Horrible engine sound. When going normal uphills it is sounds like it cant handle it. Poor gas milage. Periodical system malfunction on safety features and blind spot monitoring and sensor functionality stop until you restart the car.
My fourth and last Lexus
This is my fourth Lexus in a row. My other Lexus’s were great. I had two ES 350 and an RX 350. I purchased this car 6 weeks ago. The only thing I find similar to my past Lexus’s is the smooth ride. The infotainment system is extremely cumbersome. Just getting to the radio is difficult..There is nothing intuitive about the system. I have had several people in the car for first time and have to explain on how to open the door.. Having a button to press versus a handle is not intuitive. The 4 cylinders is a thirsty engine considering the lack of power. Even the paint on the car is not as good. In the past it was very thick and could keep its new appearance for years. The sticker states it has Android Auto. If you are an android user stay away from this car. It only works with certain phones. I have a galaxy S 22, which is eight months old. Only some of the features work and I was told by Lexus. This is the way it is. I cannot make a phone call via voice command on the car. This is truly unacceptable in this day and age. I am disappointed with this car to the point I will be looking at trading it in.

Love car but build quality?
Only 180 miles on this car and it suffers from control start malfunctions, a broken seatbelt and dimming mirror that doesn’t work.
Overall disappointing
I traded a 2020 Lexus RX 450h for a 2023 RX 350 and I’m sorry that I did. All of the convenient controls have been replaced with difficult to find ones. As far as mileage goes, Lexus claims a one mpg gain with the 4 cyl over the previous V6. But the new engine requires premium gas. So at an additonal 60 cents per gallon over regular, the customer loses!

Over Teched
Beautiful SUV hampered by difficult to find options just to get things going. Basic maneuvers that in the past you just reached for and they were where they were supposed to be. The engine is clanky, noisy and power wise less than disappointing. Low end torque is inadequate.shifting is not as intuitive as you might think. 21 inch wheels is a little much and kind of awkward .The standard 19’s work better. Panoramic roof controls are confusing and takes practice to get it to work right. The rear seat climate controls do not have an on-off switch and are still dependent on drivers input. The HUD is very difficult to set up with a tiny little touch pad on the steering wheel. Sirius radio only has 7 selection on its trial period. Visibility to the left and right rear corners is minimal and the drivers seat does not adjust high enough for smaller people. A lot of great ideas thrown into a big melting pot needing the new driver to figure out where to find them and how to make them work. Would absolutely not recommend this to older drivers unless they are very tech savvy. An option here would be to just stick with the base unit if you still want the styling.

Jerky engine
What I like about the vehicle: the whole outside shell of the vehicle and how it looks. Seats are comfortable, pretty roomy. What I dislike about the vehicle: it SUCKS with a capital S. It's jerky, you accelerate and you cannot pick up speed especially while it's jerking on you. Infotainment system has a horrible lag, freezes, goes black, sometimes won't display all options completely on the screen. The other day while trying to go reverse the car wouldn't move after lifting my foot from the brake. Put the car on drive and again would budge after letting go of the brake. Damn car is suck a disappointment. Fuel economy SUCKS!

HORRENDOUS PROBLEMS
I'm with the customers that's complaining about ALL the issues with the RX350 Models. I bought the Luxury Model RX350 AWD & have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES & it only has about 2800 miles on it & a majority of those miles have come from the dealership driving it & keeping it over a month to try & duplicate the issues. It vibrates @ a high speed which is the normal speed limit on the interstate. The infotainment system has went out numerous times. They replaced an amplifier & 2 wheels & this was ALL done @ different times after constantly having to take it back in for the same issues. Now what do you know they bring me another loaner RX350 out & it's doing the SAME exact things. Whole screen black & blanked, you can't even see your temperature & it's over a 100 degrees out & we're up under a heat advisory & I have a special needs son. Several people from multiple Lexus dealerships says this has been a problem from day 1 with these vehicles & they're rolling in right to left @ service for these same issues. Every day it's another problem. HORRIBLE gas mileage, the brakes barely wants to stop. It sputters and stalls @ take off & accelerating uphill. Then they brought me ANOTHER LOANER that has the SAME EXACT PROBLEMS! The screen was completely black & disabled for the whole 1.5 hour I drove it. Lexus needs to be sued & recall EVERY 2023 model they've placed on the market. No wonder they want to sell you an expensive outrageous warranty cause they know you're definitely gonna need it.They're definitely gonna lose money on these vehicles. Purchased it in January & barely driven it but did I also mention I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SECOND KEY EITHER!😫 It's SOOOO much more that I can say but hopefully the Lemon Law handles this ASAP or I'm gonna get an attorney. I've bought several new cars & NEVER have had these types of issues especially so early in the process. I was persuaded to switch to a Lexus but I'm beyond upset that I honestly did. My Grand Cherokee didn't give me a third of these problems especially not this soon. Cause it's been nothing short of a nightmare. I can go on & on about this vehicle but it's such a headache & extremely stressful. Especially considering my life is already that. I've tried to deal with this & be nice but these people don't honestly get the pain & suffering that they're causing. Especially considering what I've paid for the vehicle & it's literally almost paid off already. 80K for some garbage. I've requested that they repurchase the vehicle back up under the Lemon Law but I believe I may have to get an attorney involved cause it's taking too long & the emotional & mental anguish that this is causing has become too much & they should have to pay 10xs what I did for the vehicle. I'm convinced the people who pretend they like or love this particular vehicle are being or have been paid to lie, cause no way in the world they're not having the same issues. Rest assured they will be ASAP!

Buyer Beware
The new 2023 Lexus RX350 Luxury is such a disappointment. I had a 2018 and due to the supply chain I did not test drive the 2023 Lexus RX 350 before purchase. The new “tech features” are not user friendly at all. Lacks basic tech like low fuel now. NO pickup power and Suede interior is awful.

DISSAPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED
I traded my beloved 2016 RX SUV for this year’s model thinking I will continue to experience the comfort and smooth riding of this car. I was wrong. Engine is noisy when you step on the gas to accelerate. I guess it’s because of the 4 cylinder engine change. Has a rough feel at the start. Smooth ride if your in an interstate highway but expect a tiring percussive body massage ride in NYC full of humps and bumps on the road. I can feel the rough roads on the flooring. Interior has the luxury feel. The wide screen infotainment is an upgrade but not that user friendly. My old RX SUV drove me home safely during blizzard, winter storms, thunderstorms, black ice. Drove from Canada to Florida with kids sleeping soundly at the back without a problem. Where did the smooth, relaxing, silky ride of the classic RX SUV go??? P.S. this Lexus SUV 2023 exterior side/ back design has an uncanny resemblance with the 2023 Toyota Venza. Where’s the originality?? Might as well trade this with Venza. Much cheaper and has better reviews. Lexus is losing a loyal customer.

Just Ho Hum
Nothing exciting here. Slow, kind of noisy while accelerating. It's nothing more than a big NX350, except 10G more. Very disappointed with the confusing electronics. Maybe it will get better with time. Boy does it like gas, no where near advertised, and it's a silly 4 cylinder. I'll be trading this in very soon. Fit and finish is good, so's my kids new Kia! Not sure why so many people like this car, I think they say so to make themselves feel better. I've wasted a lot of money on cars over the years...this ones right up there!

😔
Purchased a 2023 RX 350 Lexus SUV in April. It’s our 5th Lexus we have owned & are extremely disappointed in this model. The informant centre is very complicated, dust enters around the doors, turbo engine howls & have only received one fob which doesn’t work well. This is just a few of the issues. Don’t waste your money!!
Would not buy this car
Drove this while our 2014 RX 350 was in for service. I would never buy this car. The engine lacks any pick up, not like my six-cylinder. Sounds just like my old Subaru CVT. My husband, he wears progressive lenses, he had a lot of difficulty with the rearview mirror which isn’t really a mirror, but a camera. My husband hated that he could see his speed in the driver windshield. He found that really annoying. So they made the SUV more aerodynamic and because there’s a slope in the back you can’t see out the backwindow so they have to put a camera there. My husband hated the shifter. It’s just weird. We don’t like the electronic parking brake. We do not like the pressing the handle to get out of the door and the second time I tried this, it would not let me out. I don’t think it looks like a luxury car at all inside with this suede crap. And the seats are uncomfortable. They’re much harder than my 2014 which is still perfection after nine years. It took us about 15 minutes to find the am radio. We never did find the map. The ride was OK. This 2023 can’t compare in anyway to my 2014 it’s just a beautiful car my 2014. That’s why you see them all over the place the owners won’t give them up. How can you F this up? I mean your brand. I guess we’re just going to have to drive our 2014 until it falls apart.

Worthy Upgrade
I traded my 2020 RX350 Luxury model for the 2023 RX350 Luxury model. It is an overall fantastic upgrade. It is hands down a better vehicle in all aspects. The engine sound of the 4 cyl is very different than the old pleasing V6, but the drivability is just as good. The handling is much, much better and the tech and comfort are also greatly improved. Very happy !!

Disappointing
This was our fourth RX350 starting in 2010 and is the most disappointing. On the plus side they finally figured out how to get the cruise control on the steering wheel but after that there is nothing impressive. Just putting it into drive or reverse can be a challenge, and twice now it has slipped into neutral while driving and very difficult to get back into drive. It should be banned from being on the road. The styling is better than the 2016 but they have left lots of room for improvement. The controls are far from simple to figure out. I have been looking for another newer vehicle and I am very surprised how far Lexus is behind.

Way to busy
Just too difficult to do the most basic tasks. It will kill your cell phone in hours constantly talking to it. False alarms daily, being a "guest" in your own car as it doesn't see you cell this time. Ok so forget all computer graduate degree to make the car work... It is noisy until you get it cruising, then it's fine. You can certainly hear the little 4 cylinder working away. It's also working on the gas tank. No where near the mileage in city driving as per Lexus quotes. NOT even close! Highway is fine, it's actually better than advertised. Interior is nice, comfy and seems like it will wear well. Just don't wash it before a cold snap or you will be locked out. The door locks are different, but easy to get used to. They just freeze when it gets cold. Oh, and you will have to tell everyone how to get out of the car. The fit and finish is not very good. Fish-eyes in the paint, dirt covered with clear coat. door panels not consistent spacing and gas door sticks out. I'm not sure why but I have had to have the car boosted three times. Lexus not sure why either so they replaced the battery. Not too impressed with this new model. And now my insurance rates have skyrocketed due to likelihood of theft! Big mistake, trading it in soon and put this nightmare behind me. Lexus hold their value better than most? I don't think so, offered $36G less than I paid for it after only 4 months.

Just your generic crossover appliance
This is a great no-brainer choice as a premium crossover for most folks. It does all that you want it to without letting itself be known. For me however, it’s a bit too bland compared to the last generation which I owned as a 2021 model. This new redesigned model just dials in the the mundane core qualities of the old model a lot better, which were: comfort, ease of drive, calmness, and relaxation. Everything else they’ve either thrown out the window or changed in some way shape or form. It lacks the smooth plush ride to a small extent in favor of more firm and dynamic handling. Not as articulate over rough roads and bumps for a more aggressive drive. Quieter to an extent but, a louder and rather ordinary sounding 4cyl engine. And overall cheaper materials inside and out, although still excellent fit and finish. Given all these changes I don’t think paying $60k (what I paid) for a car like this is worth it. You can do much better with other cars in its class and/or price range. My most favorite things are probably some the improved tech and features, and the styling inside and out. Love the ambient lighting, soft materials, modern design, and exquisite exterior design. It looks both classy and modern. I get head turns and compliments quite a lot. And the technology is very seamless and helpful once you tailor everything in, and learn how it all works. Great car, if not a bit overpriced, and lacks some luxury characteristics that traditional luxury car buyers may still want. I wouldn’t say this is a true luxury car anymore, but rather just a premium and ordinary appliance.

TOO LOUD engine. It sounds like a tractor going up slight incline. Engine is so loud you cannot hear radio inside the car. Please test drive before purchasing. Not powerful at all. Merging into highway is very slow. Technology is great. Again 4 CYLINDER ENGINE IS TOO LOUD LIKE A TRACTOR.

Smooth quiet ride, infotainment - terrible!
My wife and I purchased the vehicle a few days ago. At the dealer, they set up everything for us, but in my name. We had some issues, but we got it all working. Once we got the vehicle in our garage, we decide to start from scratch, reset everything and set it up my wife's profile as a primary - since she's the one who'd be using this vehicle. We wanted to set up two profiles, one for her, and one for me for the times when I'd be driving, and save the settings for each. We also wanted to disable things we thought were not every useful, such as the "Lexus puddle lamp" when we open the doors. A puddle lamp is useful, to display the word "Lexus" on the ground instead, probably not! As a FYI, I am a systems engineer for an MSP (I handle IT personally for many companies), so I have a pretty good understanding of IT. We both have android phones (I don't trust Apple, based on previous experience, and IOS doesn't provide the customization I need) Here is what happened: I downloaded the Lexus App on my wife's phone, reset the infotainment console, and set up the vehicle as hers. I paired her phone via bluetooth and got the Android App working as expected. I set up her favorite music (the Lexus has a good sound system), so she can listen to music as she drives, answer calls, etc. Everything worked as expected. I did notice that the display was a little slow to respond, but tolerable. One weirdness I noticed - you cannot make vehicle adjustments, such as seat position, lighting, etc, unless the engine is on. Also, some personal settings that my 2018 Corolla SE has (for example, to switch off the headlights when you open the door, change the color of the dashboard display, etc,) are not available. I would say that customization is there, but USEFUL customization is highly limited. IMHO, of course. I switched off the vehicle and went back into the house to take a break. I returned 5 minutes later and started up the SUV, to set up my profile. The vehicle display started up, and.. it just became a white screen! So I powered off, waited a bit, powered on again, and it came up. However, all the settings had reset; the profile I had spent half an hour building had disappeared and the profile had become "Guest". I reviewed the menus, found the profile again and attempted to change to it. The infotainment system asked me to pair again with the Lexus app, and set up a PIN, which I did. When I tried to change the profile, it said it didn't have an internet connection and refused to change from “Guest”! I decided to do a factory reset and start from scratch. When I went to the menu to do a factory reset, and clicked on it, nothing happened. I couldn't even do a factory reset! However, the bluetooth was still paired to my wife's phone and Android Auto worked (mostly) as designed. I also realized, like many folks have mentioned in various reviews, that the Lexus system is not very intuitive, and since my wife is not in IT, it'd be confusing for her. So we decided we'd just forget the profiles (which, admittedly, was not very useful, without adequate vehicle customization), and use Android Auto only. My wife likes the look of the Lexus, so we'll keep it, but RAV4 next time, which I'm told, works far better :-)

LEMONS DON'T ALWAYS MAKE LEMONADE
Dashboard constantly pulls apart, paint has bubbled and continues to do so in multiple places, the steering wheel is coming apart and now the plastic above brake in falling down making driving the car dangerous. Bought this for my daughter a year ago Have also loved Lexus and was excited they were coming out with a full size SUV. Was planning on swapping from Infiniti after 20 years but will not being doing so now.

Don't buy this Lexus
Annoying "safety" features, especially the automatic brake system. Practically gives you whiplash. When you turn the function off, displays notify you that its off, on your dashboard. This covers your miles per gallon. The whole vehicle is full of annoying distractions. And there is a camera that spies on the driver while you drive. The gas tank is small and I am constantly at the gas station. There are too many hassles with the features of this SUV to list. And if you buy one of these vehicles, you won't receive a second key for at least 4 months. Had I known about all the issues with this vehicle, I would have never purchased it.
2023 RX for the next generation
I’ve owned the 2023 RX350 for the last 6 months and my experience so far has been amazing. I know previous V6 was better in terms of engine sound, but being a first time owner of the RX 350, I think it’s on par if not better than the competition, at least for the base engine. Yes the engine is a little loud when the engine is cold, but it gets better as the engine warms up and on the highway. My personal opinion is that the technology is a great blend of old and new. You still have a physical volume knob and temperature control knobs blended into the infotainment. The ride is less floaty like the previous generation and feels much more planted and has the classic Lexus ride quality. The turbo 2.4l engine is peppy for city driving and even on the highway I have to catch myself from overspeeding. I understand some of the complaints from previous gen owners, but I think Lexus had to pull non-traditional Lexus moves to appeal to the younger audience and car experts who expected a along overdue overhaul with new tech and gizmos. At the end of the day, the key value proposition for Lexus is reliability and peaceful ownership and so far it’s been just that for me. I’ve driven my new vehicle for 10k miles in 5 months with zero issues and great service experience. Whenever a new gen of a car is launched, there are bound to be issues, and maybe I was lucky to not have experienced some of the issues consumers have reported. I would definitely recommend the RX350 for someone looking for a spacious SUV that is comfortable and has just enough power and torque to make rides to the grocery store fun and also looking to drive this car for a long time. If there was an option, I would have given this a 4.5.

Save your money! Don't buy this car!
We just took an $11,000 loss on our 2023 RX 350 after only 4,000 miles, deciding to cut our losses before word spreads about how terrible this model is. This car is a huge disappointment—our fourth Lexus and definitely our last. It's noisy, the gas mileage is terrible, and the technology is impossible to deal with. It's the first car I've ever owned that made me anxious to drive. If you're considering buying one, test drive it on city streets; don’t make the mistake we did by only testing it on the highway. The four-cylinder engine is jerky, loud and straining Even the door locks are ridiculous—we had to explain to passengers how to operate the quirky handles. Watch the YouTube video where a Lexus dealer from Texas takes six hours, in two three-hour sessions, explaining how to operate this "spaceship." I'll never trust Lexus again. What an expensive mistake.

RX 350 AWD Fsport 1
I am loving everything about this refreshed Lexus. Even though its an Fsport package. The ride is smooth. The Interior is even better! Finally, there is a responsive high-quality screen! The safety tech is so cool. I didn't get the "eyes on the driver" tech in the fsport1.. thankfully. The assisted cruise control works like a charm including lane keep and distance. detects cars overtaking you and coming in all of a sudden in your lane.. have the 12 speaker sound system. does a wonderful job. Interior is a luxurious material solid build. If you are on the edge, go for it. Lexus app comes free for 3 years. remote start and location etc work perfectly

Got rid of it after 14 months
I really wanted to like this car, and bought the RX350 AWD w/Luxury Package (every option). Long story short, it's a very odd car with some common build defects, an overly complicated infotainment system, and very poorly thought out cabin layout and controls. The good - the Mark Levinson stereo is great, and the seats are comfortable. The bad - paint quality was iffy at best on our car; lot's of debris/fisheyes in paint on hood at delivery which took multiple visits to finally correct, and the paint easily chips as if too much hardener was used or the primer coat and base coat aren't properly adhered to each other. Next was this ungodly sound that came from the right lower front at speeds above 65-70 mph; sounds like someone blowing across the top of a soda bottle. Car was taken in to dealership several times to investigate, but always "unable to duplicate". Sound was so loud and irritating that it woke my spouse up several times while taking on road trips, and I quit taking it on any long trips at highway speeds. Infotainment system is an embarrassment to Lexus/Toyota's reputation, and even a year+ later there have only been 2 software updates with only minimal improvements. Everything the driver needs access to is buried a layer or two deep in a touchscreen that controls nearly every aspect of the car. Horrendously designed and executed. And finally, for brevity, are the asinine door handles; you have to instruct any new passengers on how to use the door handles to get out of the car - you actually have to push and hold the handle to get out. Door handles are all electronic with no mechanical connection of any type to the locking system. In summation, really think before you buy this car - it may be long-term reliable (questionable with 4-cylinder turbo in such a heavy car), but drive it and sync your phone and try to navigate the infotainment system versus whatever car you have now. Then make a decision. I traded the Lexus and bought an X5 50e; couldn't be happier. Best of luck!

Would Not Recommend - RX350 Luxury
I purchased this car in September of 2023, it's currently July 2024 and the car has been in the shop 12+ weeks and counting with the longest time being 10 weeks! This car is awful, if you want it for the "looks" buy a base model dont waste your time on a top trim. The engine is so loud the radio volume has to be at 25+ to hear it and start to drown out the noise. The infotainment system is not intuitive at all. Also, the sound will stop playing out of nowhere and won't begin again until you turn the car off and on. The system is so laggy you have to "enable audio" every time you get in the car. Talk about annoying! Why can't I just turn the car on and hear the radio playing??? Also, the temperature control knobs are built into the screen & almost seem loose. So, when I drive those knobs rattle and make so much noise the car itself sounds like it's made of plastic. The dealership couldn't fix the lagginess of the radio or the shaky knobs, so the stereo has already been replaced once. Thank goodness it's under warranty because the cost was $13,000!!! But guess what?! The knobs still rattle - and so does half of the other plastic parts in the car! Here's my biggest complaint yet! The heads-up display! Talk about god awful! Any speed over 60mph the HUD shakes and is nauseating to look at or focus on when driving. I have brought the car to the dealership 4 times for this issue, and they claim they don't see the issue. Or they can't fix it because it's a safety issue. I put a buy-back claim in with Lexus because I can't justify spending $66K on car for all these issues. Once I put the buy-back claim in, I had a Lexus directed ride-along with the Foreman of the Lexus Maintenance shop (mind this is the only Lexus dealer in my state!) and he finally verified he did see the HUD shaking at high speeds and even at lower speeds when going over bumps. So, the car is in the shop again for them to possibly fix my issues, or I will continue perusing the buy-back claim. Also, keep in mind this HUD issues and rattles is not just in my car - I have another RX350h as a loaner and have all the same issues! Lexus did not build a quality vehicle, which is so sad because I have dreamed of owning a Lexus for years, I'll be going back to Audi/VW after this experience.

I love my 2022 RX350, but do not like the 2023.
I have purchased a 2016 RX350 and currently own a 2022 RX350. My 2022 is an excellent vehicle and my wife loves everything about it. The 2023 has several things I do not like and one item that because of the shifting mechanism I would never purchase the vehicle. While driving on a highway I barely bumped the shifter with my arm and it went from drive position to neutral. I have many decades of driving experience and I had never had a shifter move from the D position to neutral while moving. Next it is not intuitive when having to change from D to R several times to position the vehicle in a tight parking lot. Next the passenger door opening push button never opened on the first attempt a handle like on my 2022 model works great. The paint also did not look as rich as my 2022 model. The ride was similar in both vehicles but I much prefer the look of the dash and controls on my 2022 model vs. the 2023.

Love It
Love this vehicle! Sold my 2014 Lexus ES350 Ultra luxury for luxury edition RX350. Couldn’t be more pleased. So many new safety features! First turn all on and then if any are a hassle they can each be turned off individually. Quiet, smooth and plenty of power with a 4 cylinder. I’m sure the 8 speed transmission helps. I don’t think the turbo has been kicked in yet. I researched for 6 months looking at all models. This model works for me. Did have to pay MSRP.

System Malfunctions repeatedly and Lexus can't fix
5 months into buying my new 2023 RX 350 AWD Luxury model, I started repeatedly experiencing "System Malfunction" warning messages on the dashboard. This has resulted in the Blindspot Monitor & Rear Cross Traffic Alerts not working. Despite bringing it into Lexus at least 5 times, they have never been able to fix it because they don't know what is causing it and don't know how to fix it. Every time it happens I'm inconvenienced by having to bring my car back to the service departments, but I also do not feel safe driving this car! In order to have your car classified as Lemon you HAVE to go through mediation by the NCDS. Warning: the NCDS is entirely funded by Car Manufacturers! While my standard safety features continue to break down, Lexus defended themselves by saying, the car still turns on and drives, right?? If I wanted a reliable car that turned on a drove, I'd get a Honda Civic. I wouldn't spend $75k on a top of the line Lexus! Needless to say, I'm hiring a lawyer and will be pursing this to get this piece of garbage car classified as a lemon. Other things I hate about the car, it has ZERO pickup. The car has a 4 cylinder engine. Try getting on the freeway with traffic moving at 70mph or try passing someone when you are going 65 and others are going 80. The car is totally unresponsive. I've had the car stuck in Neutral when at car washes, almost careening into the stop light telling me to put the car in Drive. The rotors had to be completely resurfaced because they were warped. Lexus had absolutely NO concern for my safety and only said drivers shouldn't rely on safety "aids" to work. I suppose we shouldn't expect airbags to inflate either? Do yourself a favor and buy any other manufacturer. After owning 5 Lexus vehicles, I will never buy another Lexus or Toyota. This car SUCKS and the only thing worse is Lexus "Customer Service".

The new RX 350 is a great car with a nice ride
I bought this to replace a two-year old Lexus NX300, which is not a bad car, but has a much harder ride than the RX. The new RX is a great car, I upgraded the already nicely-equipped base model with the large 14" screen, heated and cooled seats and parking assist. I was afraid that the new 4-cylinder 2.4 liter turbo would be louder and not as powerful as the old 6-cylinder, but it rides great. I am 100% glad that I switched to the RX. Now after one year I still love the car, engine is powerful enough to make me happy and I get 26.6 miles per gallon. This car offers a great ride. During the first year we drove mid-range and longer trips and it was great.

Nice ride
Traded a 2019 RX 350, this vehicle is leaps and bounds better. The A/T in 2019 was awful. I think the 4cyl out performs the V-6. Do my own oil changes this motor uses spin on oil filter and everything is easy to access. My one and only gripe is the fact we've not got out 2nd key fob yet, taking way too long to get been over 6 months

Disappointed
This car is not what I expected. 1. 4 cylinder turbo jerks when accelerating and sometimes accelerates at a faster speed than anticipated. 2. Doesn't handle bumps with ease. You can feel every bump. 3. Door handles require a push instead of a pull. Have to explain to passengers how to exit the car. 4. Gear shift is hard to handle. A visit to the car wash gives me anxiety as the car is hard to shift into neutral, and harder yet to shift out of neutral into drive. I have gotten stuck in neutral several times coming out of the car wash. 5. Infotainment system requires too much reaching, causing you to take your eyes off the road. I've never in my many years of driving been so disappointed in a new car like I am with the 2023 Lexus RX 350. I am actively seeking to trade this car in, but will have to take a 10k loss after only 4 months of ownership

If You Enjoy Being Stranded....
This is the vehicle for you. Yesterday was the second time this brand new vehicle's key fob died and left me stranded 25+ miles from home. I'm sorry I traded in a perfectly reliable Jeep for this. My first and last Lexus.
Loaded 2023 RX 350
Overall, nice car. Like the interior design and materials. Exterior appearance is a personal choice, we happen to like it. We are rather disappointed with the display technology, it's apparent the designers were not cutting edge in technology or what satisfies consumer desires. I would think Lexus would want to lead the competition rather than follow in the dust. Many little things to note but a couple stand out. In 'Settings' you can pick time and date format. Great. Date is nowhere to be found in the displays. You can toggle through a few different displays for the main display. Three are worthless, perhaps you want to see gforce when taking a corner at 25 mph. Of those, one choice is blank, no info under the digital speed readout. Why not fill that up with day of the week, date and time? Navigation screen is a pill. We prefer a scale of 1 mile (scale is not shown in navigation display) on the screen in a 3D view. Great, we adjust the settings from default 2D and 'zoomed in' to what we prefer. Display changes for whatever reason - phone rings, text message, etc. - map display returns with the default settings, 2D and 'zoomed in'. Gets tiring to have to readjust settings all the time. Our point of reference is we sold our 2019 Prestige Q7 for this 2023 RX. If I were Lexus, I'd have my engineering team sit and experience four year old Audi display technology and demand a software upgrade to reflect at least that, not even current cutting edge technology for a 2023 luxury vehicle, but at least in line with four year old competitors offerings. On the brighter side, heads up display does a very nice job, really like it.

Worst vehicle I’ve ever owned
I knew pretty immediately that I made a bad decision when I purchased the 2023 Lexus RX350 Luxury. It feels cheap, the drive is not smooth, and the “safety” features drive me nutty! I took almost a $10k loss on a 3-month old car with 3k miles but it was absolutely worth it to trade out of it now! My husband wouldn’t even drive the thing.

Love my RX 350
I traded in a 2014 Highlander for the 2023 RX350 Premium Plus. Initially I was skeptical moving from a V6 to a 4 cylinder but honestly, this is car has a lot more get up and go than I expected. I don’t miss the V6 at all. It took a while to learn all the bells and whistles and YouTube videos have been a life saver. I’ve had zero issues and look forward to owning it for a long time.

Silver Lining
My new RX 350 is excellent. The drive is smooth, handles well, responds accordingly, and features are top-notch for what I wanted. My first Lexus was the NX, and my second Lexus RX- seems to get better with time.

NO LUXURY RIDE
This is my first Lexus. I have owned four Acura’s previously. My test drive was very good. Very quiet and smooth ride sufficient power and nice interior comfort. After 3000 miles I started to hear noise from the engine compartment at speeds over 70. Lexus cannot find the problem. I understand other owners have had this problem. It is so annoying that for long highway drives I use my 2010 Acura mdx. Very disappointed I was hoping Lexus would figure out the problem and stand behind their flagship car. This will be my first and last Lexus VERY SORRY TO SAY

Disappointment
Hate the 4 cylinder engine. Not because it isn't poweful enough, but you can hear it. The SUV just doesn't have the refined feel of the former six cylinder powered version. When driving the car you hear it go through every gear. It's supposed to be a luxury SUV. Also the-trade-off between the need to use high test gas vs milage gain is non extistent. The technology too is confusing and I found inconsistent. Not sure what I would buy at this point, but I would look elsewhere first. I don't see myself purchasing another RX in the future. Has to be something better out there.

Satisfied w/my purchase Prem.Plus, but not perfect
I have owned my RX 350 for 3 weeks now. I am pleased with my purchase, but its not perfect. I traded in a 2016 RX 450 hybrid. Due to the new 4 cylinder engine, it gets nearly the same mpg. than my trade-in, but it has a little less power (275 rather than 308 total). It would have a 5 star rating if it had 320 hp. It is not underpowered, but not sporty. However, I am pleased with its features. It is substantially more solid in feel, inside and out, than my prior 2016 RX 450. The ride feels more solid and the noise is reduced. Similarly, the interior feels more substantial than my older model did. I like the technology and the driver assist system which reduces a driver's workload on the highway. The 14 inch screen is great. The learning curve to use all of its features is high and when running Android Auto, you wind up with two nearly completely separate interfaces (the Lexus interface and the android interface)- I wish they would better integrate the two systems. I find the heads-up display to be very useful and it contains all of the information I need including info. coming from the multi-function buttons on the steering wheel (you need only brush your fingers over them to display their status. The vehicle is comfortable and quiet. It appears to have the classic Toyota-Lexus fit, finish and all important reliability (so far) which is better than the competition. If you don't have the need to beat other vehicles off of stoplights, don't need a very large vehicle (a "crew" of 4 or less), and place comfort, practicality, technology and reliability as priorities, the 2023 RX 350 is a good choice.
Overall happy
Comfortable; I get combined 27.5mpg in Eco setting for mixed driving. Only negative is it gets hot in summer - I feel the dash is rather high, and being black, gets really hot and reflects that heat.

Best of the RX 350s I’ve owned
Purchased the 2023 RX 350 in February. My criteria was white with a panoramic roof but white was not in the inventory at that time so got black. Still a beautiful color. This is the best RX 350 of the last 3 I’ve owned. Last one being 2013. Tons of technology to catch up on. Love all of it from the heads up display, front corner lights, LED lights, stereo system, auto wipers, auto start.. I can’t remember all of them but nothing I don’t like. I did purchase all of the offered warranties especially since there is so much technology. I also have the suede seats in my package. While I love the suede, if you get the light interior color like I did you will need to scotch guard it to protect it especially from the jean dye that will rub off on it. That would be main complaint given how much this car costs. The seats should have already been treated. Car has pep to it.. sometimes feel like I am racing when driving. Don’t regret buying it at all.

So far so great
I’ve really enjoyed this vehicle so far. I do have to get used to the turbo charge 4 cyl, but no major complaints thus far.
