Nice ride
Traded a 2019 RX 350, this vehicle is leaps and bounds better. The A/T in 2019 was awful. I think the 4cyl out performs the V-6. Do my own oil changes this motor uses spin on oil filter and everything is easy to access. My one and only gripe is the fact we've not got out 2nd key fob yet, taking way too long to get been over 6 months

Disappointed
This car is not what I expected. 1. 4 cylinder turbo jerks when accelerating and sometimes accelerates at a faster speed than anticipated. 2. Doesn't handle bumps with ease. You can feel every bump. 3. Door handles require a push instead of a pull. Have to explain to passengers how to exit the car. 4. Gear shift is hard to handle. A visit to the car wash gives me anxiety as the car is hard to shift into neutral, and harder yet to shift out of neutral into drive. I have gotten stuck in neutral several times coming out of the car wash. 5. Infotainment system requires too much reaching, causing you to take your eyes off the road. I've never in my many years of driving been so disappointed in a new car like I am with the 2023 Lexus RX 350. I am actively seeking to trade this car in, but will have to take a 10k loss after only 4 months of ownership

If You Enjoy Being Stranded....
This is the vehicle for you. Yesterday was the second time this brand new vehicle's key fob died and left me stranded 25+ miles from home. I'm sorry I traded in a perfectly reliable Jeep for this. My first and last Lexus.
Loaded 2023 RX 350
Overall, nice car. Like the interior design and materials. Exterior appearance is a personal choice, we happen to like it. We are rather disappointed with the display technology, it's apparent the designers were not cutting edge in technology or what satisfies consumer desires. I would think Lexus would want to lead the competition rather than follow in the dust. Many little things to note but a couple stand out. In 'Settings' you can pick time and date format. Great. Date is nowhere to be found in the displays. You can toggle through a few different displays for the main display. Three are worthless, perhaps you want to see gforce when taking a corner at 25 mph. Of those, one choice is blank, no info under the digital speed readout. Why not fill that up with day of the week, date and time? Navigation screen is a pill. We prefer a scale of 1 mile (scale is not shown in navigation display) on the screen in a 3D view. Great, we adjust the settings from default 2D and 'zoomed in' to what we prefer. Display changes for whatever reason - phone rings, text message, etc. - map display returns with the default settings, 2D and 'zoomed in'. Gets tiring to have to readjust settings all the time. Our point of reference is we sold our 2019 Prestige Q7 for this 2023 RX. If I were Lexus, I'd have my engineering team sit and experience four year old Audi display technology and demand a software upgrade to reflect at least that, not even current cutting edge technology for a 2023 luxury vehicle, but at least in line with four year old competitors offerings. On the brighter side, heads up display does a very nice job, really like it.

Worst vehicle I’ve ever owned
I knew pretty immediately that I made a bad decision when I purchased the 2023 Lexus RX350 Luxury. It feels cheap, the drive is not smooth, and the “safety” features drive me nutty! I took almost a $10k loss on a 3-month old car with 3k miles but it was absolutely worth it to trade out of it now! My husband wouldn’t even drive the thing.
